Recommended by a local and it was so good! We had a pita beef/lamb and a chicken rice plate. The tzatziki sauce was astonishing. The BEST I had so far. Their salad contained cream cheese pieces and it made far beyond a truck gyro plate but a good restaurant quality dish. I will go regular if they were in SF near my home.

The food was so delicious! I got a grilled chicken pita sandwich that has grilled chicken, lettuce, feta, tomatoes, red onions, and tzatziki inside. The fries are just average fries but the pita sandwich was amazing. It was satisfying and filling, but still felt like a healthy and light meal from all the veggies and tzatziki inside. They were super quick getting the food out, probably a five minute wait but there was only one person ahead of me. No seating, but there’s a gravel parking lot to park and sit in the sun while you eat 🙂

I will definitely return. What I liked: fresh and tasty falafel. The tzatziki was excellent, as was the portion size and veggies in my wrap. What I wasn’t excited about: I wish the wrap had a homemade flat bread instead of a storebought tortilla. Also, the seasoned fries were good, but overly and inconsistently coated, and not crispy. Definitely room for improvement on the fries. My daughter had the gyro, and the meat, pita, and seasoning was top notch. Definitely, worth a stop.

I have never been a big falafel fan, but he makes the best ones I have ever had! The gyro is so fresh, flavorful, juicy and packed with color, looking healthy and pleasing to the eye. It tastes as good as it looks! Maybe the best gyro I have ever had also, definitely in years. A GEM for McKinleyville! A gem for Humboldt! Please make a point to give them a try!

The man working did not look like he wanted to be there. The food was not good. I do not know how it is getting all 5 star reviews but hey – we are in Mckinleyville, next to a dive bar so there you go. The food was not good. I am sitting here the next day with an on going upset stomach. The tomatoes were NOT fresh and made everything taste disgusting. The bread had potential – though seemed old. The hummus was gross. Who uses white onions for greek food? – This must be the ‘fusion’. As soon as I was done eating I could feel my tummy start getting upset. It was inexpensive. The flavors were not good. It seems to be on the same level as Costco food. The wrap reminded me of a cart in NYC. Sorry I had high hopes. It looks cute.

OMG!! YOU GUYSSS! the falafel sandwich is sooo tasty! i got 2, one for me and one for my bf. hes already obsessed! too good. I just happen to see the truck parked next to Central Station in mckinleyville and decided to give it a try. so happy I did. there’s options for everyone. I was so happy to see a vegan item!
