BEANS WERE BURNT TASTING . Fish was over cooked. Tasted like old grease. Got gumbo- chicken gumbo- it was bland no seasoning at all. Sale was old looking. For 26 something dollars I could’ve went to Chili’s.

Large serving of Pastalaya and white beans cooked to cajun perfection, along with fast service from a friendly employee. You can’t get any better ! Fried fish and white beans served daily.they also have a brand of candles at the counter that smell great!

Took a chance after seeing the reviews and we were pleasantly surprised! Food was good and huge portions! The combo #1 was enough for 2 ppl with a couple extra rolls! The rice was so soft and gumbo & beans were delicious. And staff was super nice. Plenty of parking and a drive through option.

Terrible. Got a red beans combo. They brought me the wrong order, once i got my order it was in the same styrofoam container as the old order just swapped out. Red beans were burnt tasting, bland, and nasty. Green beans were mushy and bland. Salad side was the only mediocre thing about it. Overall waste of money. Terrible food.

Absolutely delicious! I came here with my parents and everything was amazing. The service was super fast and the food was delicious! I had the chicken and sausage gumbo and my parents got the boudin plate. Would recommend if you’re craving Cajun food without the wait!

Don’t know how this location remains open! Tonight(Nov. 17, 2023) was the third evening I go to this location to take out an order, which probably would have been close to $100 but there was no Chicken & Sausage gumbo ready(was told it would be 20-30 minute wait), no Pastalaya(at all).
The staff most of the time isn’t really welcoming, nor are they thorough with fulfillment of orders( couple of times were forgetting to place rice with order of gumbo, among other things.
To the owners…I suggest you address these issues because you are losing business! Not sure I will return!

Worst gumbo I’ve ever tasted, like they didn’t finish cooking it. Chicken was fatty and gross, sausage was gross. Barely got any rice, and it was watery like uncle Ben’s. I got it to go, I had to pull out back and wait, and they failed to give me utensils in the bag. Never coming back here again.

This Store definitely went down! We ordered at the window and my order was wrong they gave me pasta instead of jambalaya an 2 sides of beans which the red beans was still hard! pasta was bland and mushy! I couldn’t even eat the plate! Don’t waste your money here!
