The Jaguar Room at Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center is a student-run restaurant open September through April. At The Jaguar Room, we take pride in offering a diverse menu. From mouthwatering lunch entrees like aromatic Chicken & Shrimp Curry, spicy New Orleans Pasta, to classic favorites like sandwiches, burgers and fries, and pizza we have something to satisfy every craving. Operated by the aspiring student chefs of Springfield-Clark CTC, The Jaguar Room is an immersive learning experience that allows our students to hone their skills under the guidance of experienced Chefs. Each visit to our restaurant not only promises a delightful meal but also supports the growth and development of our passionate students.
