It was a cute, convenient, comfy and chic restaurant. Fawn was our waitress, and she provided excellent service. The salad that I selected from the menu was like a full meal. My husband also enjoyed the food that he ordered. In addition to the delicious food, the artwork at this location is worth a visit. Each section displayed a different type of chandelier that was beautifully placed to add a nice vibe to the space. There were multiple televisions for sports fans to enjoy multiple sports. There were also really cool, informative books about various artists in the lobby area for book lovers to enjoy. The business is located in the corner, on the main floor of the Holiday Inn. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as we enjoyed our visit!

Great atmosphere, quick service. I ordered the fried chicken Ramen and it was pretty spicy, which I like. The serving size was plentiful. The chicken was cooked perfectly and paired well with the Thai basil and poppy seed. Jalepeno and onions gave it a great kick.
The bartender was friendly and helpful.

First off its connected to the holiday Inn so that’s a plus to be able to go down and have a bite to eat while traveling or even staying overnight being a local, which we happened to be staying.

I know you cant help how people can be coming into an establishment but there were 4 of us dining and upon entry we were welcomed and greeted pretty professionally. We did see a few eyes that felt judgemental but nothing from staff or service but rather guests.

We got pretty comfy quick and the atmosphere was nice and clean, our waitress was awesome and kept us refilled and the food didn’t take too long especially them being sorta busy.

I had the patty melt (pictured) it was great I highly recommend it. We also tried the nachos, a little spicy but a go too if you dine in! All in all my party had no complaints on food. The price of it all was reasonable ill definitely dine in again.

I hosted a surprise party here on 10/4/25 and after booking and a miscommunication happening the manager, Calvin was very helpful and took the initiative to prepare the brunch area for me and a group of 30 guest at the last minute. From the bar service with the bartender to our server, Sophia who was just the sweetest and most patient waitress I have ever experienced in such a large group setting everything made this experience a 10 out of 10. Sophia, you rocked it girl! I appreciate you taking on the whole party and giving us all of your time and attention. Thank you J Bar for helping me to celebrate a special birthday and giving us top tier quality service from start to finish! WE WILL BE RETURNING! P.S: Order the Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Fries and it was AMAZING!!!!!

I saw some of the food pictures from J Bar on google maps and thought they looked good. That’s literally the only reason I decided to come here. I had no idea they were attached to a Holiday Inn, not that it would have put me off of coming.

Speaking of being located directly adjacent to a Holiday Inn, I was very surprised at the size of this restaurant. There’s not only a sizeable outdoor patio, but the interior dining space is pretty massive and varied. There’s some seating at the bar, high top table immediately adjacent to it, then about two fairly large rooms of normal table seating beyond that before the restaurant transitions to the hotel. Greyish tan ceramic tile lines the entire floor of the space, while lighting is supplied from a combination of recessed and suspended fixtures, as well as a multi-color changing thing in the ceiling above the bar. All the furnishings seem new and modern with the overall ambiance of what would be expected from a relatively new hotel bar.

For my food, I opted for the herbed fries and the tavern burger. I thoroughly enjoyed both. The burger was just a solid burger, one you might enjoy in many other bar settings. The herbed fries, however, I’d come back for many times. One of the things I liked about them the most was the truffle ketchup. Many times I order truffle fries when I’m out, only to regret getting them immediately after due to too much truffle seasoning being used. With the truffle portion of things in the ketchup, however, it was far easier to control the amount of truffle funk applied to each fry. The added pesto oil and other accoutrement on my fried potatoes were delightful additions that were subsequently also not overpowered by truffle.

The service and overall atmosphere was fantastic throughout the meal. My bartender checked in numerous times and was always quick to refill my drink. Between the three TVs present in the space and the relatively quiet music, I enjoyed the relatively low sound level throughout my visit.

I’d definitely consider coming here again, perhaps to try other things on the menu. It feels a little strange to visit a restaurant attached to a hotel, but it’s good enough to overcome that small discomfort. Thanks, J Bar!

Fantastic food and great service! The atmosphere is nice too. My only complaint is that they charge $8 for a glass of Root Beer! No alcohol in it and not a Root Beer float. Just soda. I think that is outrageous! Soda prices are not listed, so just be aware.

It’s a really nice place to eat. From the moment you walk in the spinny door thingy to the moment you exit the spinny door thingy. Everybody was so nice, food came out so fast (got ate even faster). It’s really good food, but I wish the egg roll had more meat in it. However, the sweet chili sauce was spectacular! Totally made up for the rations of meat on the egg roll! The burger was the opposite. PLENTY OF BURGER! Burger was amazing in every way. I tried the special sauce and wasn’t a huge fan of it, but it’s just not my kind of taste. I’m sure others love it. AND THE KEY LIME PIE. OMG. What a creation. Big fan.

Stopped in while we charge our car on our road trip and got to enjoy a good burger and onion rings. We also ordered the Rum Bum drink, fruity and not too strong. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly as well. We will probably stop by again on our way back.

Nice laid back lounge vibe. Blue lighting really sets the ambiance for a relaxing and quiet evening out. One of the only upscale places in the area and open late, conveniently connected to a hotel if you’re from out of town or want a nice date night.

Though we got the fondue which was good but the bread seemed oily tasting, we were told the cheesesteak egg rolls are to die for.

Drinks we’re good. The starry night was a bit confusing as served in a martini glass but missing a shot worth of a drink on top. Also could use much more edible glitter.

Overall a good place and great spot for a quiet night out with a hot date!

This is a great stop after shopping with the girls. They have AMAZING options for salads. I am a salad snob and these guys pass the test for sure. No bs, on the way out the door lettuces. Good drink selection, nice outdoor patio, and right next to shopping. They are always friendly and attentive. Nice big bar, little sitting areas and plenty of tables. I am a fan.
