Our party of 8 experiencedvery fresh food. The linguini with mussels and clams was cooked perfectly and the NE clam chowder was creamy and homemade. The Caesar salad was crispy and topped with succulent anchovies and homemade toast. Lemon cake and tiramisu were lucious. Good prices too.

I’m always on the lookout for a great burger and The Italian Peasant has one of the best burgers you’re going to find period!! If you haven’t made the beautiful drive to Tubac this is your reason to head down and enjoy a burger We also ordered a pepperoni pizza and that was also good. The crust on their pizza is fantastic. I heard from the waiter that the macaroni and cheese was said to be better than some they have in the Deep South from someone that is from there. That will be on my next order tomorrow actually because I’m going back to have another burger as well. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and just a really cool community with lots of other activities and attractions to enjoy while you’re in Tubac.

Great evening with friends!!! The pizza was outstanding, big, bold and beautiful. We all really enjoyed the food, ceaser salad and garlic knots. The lemon cake and sapmoni were excellent choices. $&

Very good food but much more expensive than we expected. I’d say more like $20-$30 a plate rather than $10-$20 as shown on Google. Service also seemed slow for not a very busy night. No kids menu which made it even more expensive.

I ordered the large pizza supreme. It’s very fresh, delicious, authentic, and addictive. The pizza is very generous in size, it can feed five people.
I have never fallen in love or dreamed about pizza before, but this pizza will make you obsessed.
Our server, a young lady was very attentive and friendly.
The restaurant was very clean.
My only complaints are that the drinks are overpriced and there was no music in the restaurant, it just felt a little too quiet.
It’s $4 for each drink and it was not that great, not that surprising I guess these days, but I wish they sold pitchers.
I came back a second time and ordered the pizza supreme. I was disappointed My pizza slice was so burned, it tasted like charcoal and tasted like spit.
I wish their pizza was consistent in quality and taste.

We were coming back after spending time across the boarder and looking for a lunch place. We decided to give this place a try. It was a little busy (got busier while we ate) but we found a table (seat yourself). It was a little bit before our drink order was taken but they were delivered and food order taken right after. My daughter and I split the bolognese – which was $19.99 and didn’t come with any thing else. Luckily I ordered Garlic Knots (6) but that was an additional $6.99. My husband got half meatball sandwich w/french fries. Overall the food was okay (taste wise) but cost wise & what was received was steep. Although those around us mentioned that they “drive all the way out here” to get their pizza. Still give it a shot as you may have a different experience

Excellent. The food here is superb. Everything from the appetizers, entrees and dessert was perfect! The service was just as good. The waitress was friendly and patient. We had, garlic knots, clams, Veal Parmesan, linguini and clams with red sauce, a 6oz filet mignon and the lemonchelo cake. It was all fantastic. Some complain about high prices. Id say with years of resteraunt reviews the prices are reasonable for the food quality. I will definitely come back..

I’ve been here a few times after hiking in the area. Everything my wife and I have tried was very good. Friendly service and generous portions. I’ve never had a complaint after a visit.

Four of us paid $105 each (tip included – it was a special opera night with choice of prime rib or salmon same price) for a salad of chopped romaine, a sprinkle of chopped olives, red onion and hard tomato chunks served in a paper bowl; lukewarm rare prime rib that was still mooing with blood on the plate for three of us ( mine was the only one not rare and we were never asked for how we’d like the meat cooked); a small basket of bread ( I asked for butter but was never served any); a side of lukewarm over cooked summer squash and undercooked broccoli; excellent mashed potatoes ( the only side we all finished); followed by a tiny plastic 4 inch container of pudding with a plastic spoon the size of a 1/4 tsp. Our waitress was lovely but overworked. It was obvious pizza is their claim to fame. Will probably never return! Such a disappointment.

I had the spring salad with filet mignon. The steak was very tender and delicious. The salad had quality veggies rather than the typical iceberg lettuce. A bit expensive, but would definitely visit again.
