If you are looking for a small, intimate, eclectic place to dine In Atlantic Beach, you must try Island Grille. The food is incredible. Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. The seafood is local. We enjoyed the elk meatballs. They were large, moist meatballs with tons of flavor cooked in a rich red sauce. The crab cakes were exceptional. They were filled with tons of crab and minimal filling. The scallops were sweet and charred on the outside then served in a creamy Gorgonzola sauce. The salad dressings are homemade. Save room for dessert and try the handmade Keylime pie with an Oreo crust. You won’t regret it. On Mondays and Tuesdays, you can mix and match for a buy one get one free entree. This would be a fantastic opportunity to try several of their dishes!

Great small, intimate restaurant with amazing food. We came with a large group, and appreciated that reservations are taken. Everyone’s food was cooked perfectly and was mouthwatering. Our waiter was kind and attentive to all of our needs – large group, 6 were kids… She was amazing!

Excellent service and some of the best food I’ve ever had! If I could rate it any higher I would. We had the catch of the day, the grilled swordfish with pineapple curry butter, yukon gold mashed potatoes and zucchini. I also had the house salad with cajun ranch. For dessert, my mom and I shared the key lime pie with an oreo crust and raspberry syrup.

Absolutely delicious. I found this place completely at random and what a gem. Not much seating so Friday and Ssturday would likely be busy so make reservations. However it was a Wednesday night that I went and there was plenty of seating. Can’t say enough good things about the food.

We had family in town and wanted to take them somewhere nice… The IG takes reservations, but also moved reservations around to accommodate us. Bravo! The deal was half price Monday and it is a great value. Everyone in our party loved the food. The service was outstanding (sometimes you get sub-par service on a special price night at OTHER restaurants, but not here.)! The atmosphere is cozy… this is a very small restaurant and they pack their customers in like sardines. All in all a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

My Daughter took me here to eat, first time I had been there. Cozy Atmosphere, wonderful bartender and I got the Scallops and grits. Asked who cooked my Dinner because it was the best Scallops I have ever had. His name was Jose and he really takes pride in his dishes. Would recommend everyone to go try it. Definitely call and make a reservation. Absolutely will be going back.
