Absolutely love this place. It will be a stop on every visit to Nisswa. The atmosphere is unique and inviting, the breakfast sandwiches are flavorful and delicious, and the dessert waffles are a sight to see. We had the banana cream one, and it was excellent.

Food was great price was on point. Quite a wait for our food however. Staff was kind, mostly teens working there, but they seemed like a well oiled unit.

Wonderful breakfast/brunch spot! The waffles were delicious! The drinks were very good. Fast service. A little pricey. But we’ll worth it.

This is a super cute breakfast spot! I wasn’t in love with the food or drink, but it was decent enough and super good presentation! Loved the quaint feel!

Cute spot. Staff was nice, but not too friendly. Food was pretty bad and me and my mom were not impressed. Waffles were thick, doughy, and not fully cooked. Mine was also a bit grainy, like the flour hadn’t been mixed fully. Mom did the breakfast sandwich with ham which looked like cheaper store bought ham and was lukewarm. The chicken for mine appeared it was cooked in a waffle iron but we didn’t notice any waffle irons. They also used microwaves a fair amount, but I didn’t manage to see what part(s) of our meal was microwaved. They also used the microwave for the guy after us. Add in the price for the amount of food, we’re not going back.

It was PACKED when we got here (Sunday around 1130am) but most of the families left before we got our food.

This one leaves me torn. I love the idea of waffle sandwiches. Especially for breakfast. However, execution leaves a lot to be desired. The consistency of the waffle plus ratio of toppings need a little more work put into it for a better balance and to bring out the flavor.

The waffles were tiny, heavy, overpriced and not cooked thoroughly, especially the gluten free ones. We arrived one hour before closing intentionally. The staff was sullen; all the chairs were on tables already probably in hope of no other customers. I was unable to eat the gluten free waffles.

Great little out if the way spot to grab some trendy artisan bites. Coffee was solid, we tried two different waffles (Elvis and Benedict). Both waffles we’re fun and tastey. Nothing “out of this world” however the location and obiance added enough to the experience to make it a great option for a cool breakfast in the northwoods. We will stop back with the kids next time.
