Awesome place! Very busy with an amazing band! Low cost and great service. We had just come from walking Beale street and hitting 4 bars. Went here to be closer to the hotel and wish we had skipped Beale Street. The music was better and the 40 bikers in there plus the staff were very friendly. Excellent experience.

I went by myself. I hadn’t been to a bar alone in quite a while so I was apprehensive. The bartender was welcoming as were the clientele. I met a few people and left feeling like I found a new place to call my go to hangout. I felt safe as well which really makes the difference. It’s a well rounded establishment and I recommend trying it for yourself.

Disappointed, Thursday night a live band is playing its 850pm. I ask for a appetizer menu and the bar tender said the kitchen was closed.. I’m visit from From out of town and felt the bartender was more focused on her friends at the end of the bar than customer service… she was on her cell phone the entire visit while I was there… I don’t know about how theol owner feels but customers pay mortgages and other bills . With customer service this poor I WILL NOT waste my hard earn money on this place where customers aren’t important:(

the Bar is great, but if you want to participate in karaoke forget it it’s a “favourites deal” had my name on the list for 2 and 1/2 hours never did sing (the places doesn’t hold that many people!) other than that Mrs. Lincoln would say it’s aces

My husband was killed April 8th 2019. My husband was on our bike and a woman chose to run a red light she hit and killed him. This Bar rallied for my family. Immediately started collecting donations . Doing anything and everything to raise money for us. This is a great place to get a drink, great music, to dance and great community. I’ve never seen a business work so hard and do so much for one family that lost a wonderful Husband Father Son Brother… and be a great place to have a good time.

The owner introduced himself. Kelly was happy and sociable with his customers. Gosh, his staff, his patrons, the KJ and even his girlfriend were friendly. The place looks different than the pics posted. Its nicer. The kareaoke had good sound too! Ill be coming here whenever i visit. Thanks guys

The food wasn’t seasoned, but it was good. The Bloody Mary was very grainy, missing ingredients listed on the menu, and lacked heat. The barkeep had no Tabasco sauce. The place allows smoking, so if you don’t like smoking, you may want to consider some where else. They also have live music.

They are very friendly but it does have it’s own little click.I was trying to find a great place to hangout with people like ME. The beer is cold and the bartender is great,she’s right on if you are sitting at the bar. The food is great and I will go back.

The only place in town you can get a cheeseburger and never have to put condiments on it. Great taste. Great beers, great staff and amazing prices. You cannont beat that. Great atmosphere. If you dont want the down home var experience go elsewhere, other then that. Joes is the place to be!

The Iron Horse – Thirsty Lizard had one of rhe BEST burgers I’ve had in ages. Real beef handmade burger, not a premade patty!! The bun was lightly toasted on the grill. I had fries with mine, my husband had tots and both were perfect. Cheeseburger had three cheese options (go for the Swiss!! Yum!!) and we also started with fried mushroom apperizers. They were good, not GREAT, but good.
We were there at 2:30 pm so place was empty but staff was super attentive and not off playing on their phones. The *only* negative was the owner (I assume) smoking…. it had been so long since I’ve been in a reataurant where smoking was allowed, that kind of floored me. Maybe because it was non-peak hours? Just know if you’re sensitive to smoke you might want to ask.
I realize this is a bar and i can’t speak to drinks or entertainment but if you want a good, old-fashioned burger this is your spot.
