We fortunately stopped here for lunch on our return from Valley of Fire. Charming dinner with 50s vibe and friendly folks, staff and customers. Besides delicious food, it has several flavors of hand-scooped Blue Bell ice cream. A gem in Overton.

I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was better than I expected for $9! The chicken was juicy and the sauce was perfectly coated. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only downside was the wait. I waited 35-40 mins for my food.

HORRIBLE service. All employees are so rude and disrespectful except 1!!! Food is mediocre but way too expensive for its taste and portions. The place and overall kitchen looks great if you squint your eyes but if you look normally… the place looks like a health violation. If I could rate a 0 for service I most definitely would! Not even speaking of wait times.. you could be the only one there and still have to wait about 30 minutes just for it to be warm..!? Only thing okay is the ice cream they provide. But save the time and money and not go there. Isn’t worth it.

Nice place to eat with many options. I had a turkey sandwich on sourdough and my parents had turkey and avocado on a croissant. Avoid the sourdough- it was like eating stale white bread, dry as the desert.

Great mom and pop restaurant. If you are going through you should stop to grab a bite to eat. So many choices you will be able to find something that you would like. Maybe everything sounds good as you read their menu and you cannot decide.

This place is so awesome!! Super friendly and accommodating, even though we were last-minute guests.
The Reuben sandwich was AMAZING!! I highly recommend. The steak fries were absolutely worth it too! And whatever you order, make sure to get a side of the “Birdall” sauce.

We stopped by after a hot day of hiking and decided to get a late lunch. It was about 2 when we got there, and when we ordered we were told it would take about 30 minutes. We were tired and wanted to sit for a while so said no problem. We got our drinks and waited, and waited, and waited. Food came out after about 45 minutes. (There were several other tables waiting too). Hubby’s hamburger was very good- great flavor- nicely crispy Curley fries. My Ruben sandwich was lean with sauerkraut and a horseradish sauce that was strong, unusual, but good! daughter’s steak and cheese quesadilla was “okay”. Other daughter had a salad with chicken- which she said was good, crisp, and cold (chicken was warm). We got an ice cream to go and enjoyed our lunch at the sweet little shop a lot!

Cool little place. Old school diner vibes and has some great food options. We got a burger, french onion dip and onion rings. We will say, hands down, this place knows how to make onion rings! Cool stop for a quick but to eat.

Great, fast service and food was hot and delicious. We had the chef salad, kid’s chicken fingers with waffle fries and hamburger with curly fries. We topped dinner off with a chocolate shake. Restaurant and restroom were both clean. They allowed us to eat in even though we’re getting ready to close. Monica gave superb service…the best service that we’ve had the last week across 4 different states.
