Ordered food at 5:15, was given a 45 minute delivery time. No sign by 6:20 so called and was told very busy which I understand but another 20 minute wait. At 7pm still no sign. Never usually have any problems with these guys and the food is top notch, but the delivery is shocking. Very disappointing. Long standing customer too.

Ordered food from here Friday and my fiancé opened the door to the delivery driver and got right in her face saying next time you HAVE TO order £25 worth of food baring in mind the shop is only round the corner. Never ordering from here again. Awful service.

Ive ordered from Indian Chef several times and there’s always an issue with the delivery service for example I wait a very long time for my food delivery, the last time I ordered it never arrived so 2.5 hours later I call to explain and the reply was “are you sure you haven’t had your order” I really couldnt be bothered to argue back with them. I simply won’t use them again.

This is the clay oven munch box, it was really nice, donner meat was mosist as well as the chicken itself, chips were on point too, cheesy chips is NOT an option on just eat but it is a payable option over the phone which I did.
The naan as you can tell from the picture was huge I actually thought we had 2 of them

Used to order regularly but unfortunately the delivery times have gotten worse. Placed an order yesterday and waited almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered. Shame that they will lose more and more customers with such poor service. Food portion size good, but not as tasty as they used to be. A big disappointment.
