Super tasty Indian food in North Scottsdale. I’ve noticed this place for awhile, finally gave it a try and only wish I would have started to come sooner. This place is as good as it gets as far as Indian type Cuisine. It seems to be more of a order and take out type restaurant than sitting in and ordering in, but there’s enough tables inside to accommodate.

Terrible food quality. I ordered delivery of chicken sheek kabab and chicken dum biryani. It was delivered on time. The chicken sheek kabab did feel like I am eating a pakoda, very little chicken mixed in it. The person from restaurant reading this will definitely know what I mean. And also tasted like basil or some weird herb. I am not sure how these guys are still running the shop. Next, the biryani is dry and I am sure it was cooked 3-4 days back and re-heated. The chicken was dark in color and was brittle. Please think twice before going there.

This small Indian restaurant offers one of the best Butter Chicken and Tiki Masala dishes in town. The sauce was incredibly flavorful, perfect for soaking up the rice. The garlic naan was moist yet perfectly crispy around the edges.

My husband and I make it a point to try at least one Indian restaurant in every city we visit. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in town.

India Kitchen is a gem of a small, family-owned restaurant that delivers exceptional food and warm hospitality. The open kitchen concept lets you witness the care put into every dish, with standouts like the flavorful haleem, crispy chicken lollipops, and aromatic biriyani—definitely must-tries! Though the dine-in space is limited, it’s impressively clean and tidy. With plenty of parking and top-notch service, this humble spot is a fantastic choice for authentic Indian cuisine. Highly recommend!

Tried paneer biryani at this restaurant for the first time. After specifically requesting to add more paneer I got exactly four pieces of paneer added to a vegetable biryani. It was a pickup so no much interaction other than what I requested which wasn’t fulfilled. Ambiance is just ok. Despite all these whatever the vegetable biryani I got was pretty good.

I recently ordered/picked up from here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised, especially after seeing a lower review (which goes to show you can’t really rely on those). I had the Kofta curry and thought it was delicious! Really good spices and the right amount of heat, given I didn’t specific up front. The portion size was good and it was very reasonably priced so I would definitely recommend and return again.

Absolutely delish! Special Chicken Biryani is wonderful! Coconut chicken curry is delicious. Mango lasso is excellent. Every dish is enough for at least two people. Spicing is perfect. Some seating inside. Food was fresh and fast. This place is a hidden gem. We will definitely return

Guys- Stay away from this place. The masala (potato) in my masala dosa waa stale where I had to literally pick them out totally and trash and simply only eat the plain dosa. The coconut chutney was way too old too. Place is unclean, despite telling this at the counter, the guy charged my for the masala dosa, 0 customer focused. Even if you are desperate to eat indian food, I wouldn’t advise you to come here.

NEVER GO HERE. I am a vegetarian who doesn’t eat meat and these people have mixed animal Bones in to the Vegetable curry that we ordered. I am so disappointed with their service for doing that. We ordered almost $60 worth and had left everything as although they refunded but I’m sick of this place. Have 0 trust on these people. Not worth any money and time at this place. Also I missed to mention that we ordered a Nan and they intentionally made something else instead of telling us that they don’t have a cook that can make a NAN.

I have selected this place for dinner & I have visited with family. Place has good interior and good for family visit but not for more than 12members gathering and I think thats why this is more popular for take aways. Now comes service and food taste criteria , i have ordered naan ,veg biryani , Paneer tikka masala and samosa. I liked first three items but samosa definitely needs some improvement. All all in all can be tried and tasted.
