No matter the location, the Ice Cream Shoppe always delivers perfection. This is a 2 scoop Moose Tracks on waffle cone. 10/10. Oakland is great, Readfield is great and so are Farmington and Skowhegan!

This is a busy little shop along the shore of the Kennebeck River. There are picnic tables and a bench to enjoy the scenery, and in the early summer, the sturgeon leap out of the water.
Be prepared for a vast selection of flavors, some of which I had never heard of. You order from a window as there is no indoor seating. The service was fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had lots of questions. We enjoyed our ice cream very much and would visit again.

My family stopped here in a whim and were not disappointed. The line was very long, but it went quick. The PB swirl hard scoop was fantastic. Their portions are huge and it was not horribly expensive. I recommend for ice cream lovers out there!

What a cute ice cream place. Being gluten free this is the only ice cream team shop that took their gloves off and replaced them to make my sundae. No cross contamination here! After getting the sundae I sat outside and watched the water and saw sturgeon jumping. Ducks were swimming around. Very pretty area and I will be going back

Hands down the best Ice Cream Shop in Maine. The ice cream is rich, smooth and creamy. The flavor offerings are spectacular and the variety of add ons and mix in is matched by no other! The portions sizes are also gargantuan! All of this amazingness and I have yet to mention the the view! Sit outside on the Kennebec and watch the for Sturgeon leaping! My family and I love ice cream and we will take the out of the way way drive every time to feast on and enjoy The Ice Cream Shoppe!

We decided on a whim to go to the ice cream shoppe for n Randolph, ME.
There is a note on the window that says to let them know if you have an allergy before ordering. Perfect!
I let them know I have an allergy and asked them if they could just rinse off the scooper. They told me that they could just go get the ice cream that’s in the cooler that they use for people with allergies. Again, perfect! My boyfriend got his ice cream and then I stood there and waited, and waited, and waited. 13 people and a dog were served before me. Then when I asked, they said it would be out shortly. By then my boyfriend had finished his ice cream and I just wanted to leave. I get that they are busy, but THEY told me that they could accommodate me and told me their process and instead helped numerous other people before going out back to get my ONE scoop of ice cream. I’m soooo sorry that I have a food allergy, but maybe they shouldn’t be telling people that they can accommodate them if they just don’t want to.

I wish I could give this amazing place more than 5 stars! I had the peanut butter and chocolate twist soft serve in a waffle cone. I got a small and it was almost more than I could eat! I would highly recommend!
