Had dinner last night at The Hutch, and honestly, it was just a really solid experience all around. It’s one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel comfortable. The vibe is lively and bright without being too loud or crowded — relaxed, but still fun enough to feel like a night out.
The food definitely didn’t disappoint. I ordered the salmon and it was spot on — fresh, flaky, and cooked perfectly. Simple, clean flavors that let the fish shine. My favorite of the night though was the ribeye special. That thing was seasoned just right with a great sear and cooked exactly how a steak should be. Super tender and packed with flavor in every bite.
We started with the artichoke hearts appetizer, which turned out to be a great call. Crispy, savory, and easy to share — the kind of starter you keep reaching back for without even thinking about it. The cocktails were just as good too. Everything we tried was well made, smooth, and balanced, not overly sweet or watered down.
Overall, it’s just a great spot to hang out, eat good food, and enjoy the evening. Nothing feels forced or pretentious — just quality food, good drinks, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely somewhere I’ll be going back to soon.

Worked with Sara D to set up a Holiday Party for our parents church group and it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Super helpful and organized and then when it came to quality of food for apps and dinner plus cocktail choices it was exceeded all expectations! Highly recommend!

Always good here, usually busy so reservations are a good idea. Pub like atmosphere, but food is far above average pub fare. Love the BLT and Chicken Fried steak sandwich,, but bring an appetite. Food is clearly prepared to order- now a Sysco restaurant. A good to spot for us in Nicholas Hills.

What an amazing dining experience. Joseph was our amazing server with assistance great personality and recommendations. We started with margaritas. My wife had the skinny and I had a couple of Cadillac margaritas. The homemade biscuits with their tasty butter was so so good. My wife ordered the grilled chicken entree and I had the salmon. Both dishes were fantastic. What a great place and very popular with the locals. Highly recommended

My husband and I tried this place on a Saturday evening and very pleased with our experience. We started with the Quail for an appetizer and it was okay. The flavor was there, but it was a little tough trying to serve it and the bread was a little stale and some pieces were soggy. We wouldn’t order it again. My husband got the pork chop special with a dijon cream and really liked it, but thought that the cabbage was a little off with it, but overall it was a good dish. I got the duck and it was very good and flavorful. We both got the Moscato to drink and it was very good. Our server was good and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The atmosphere is really nice and quiet if you want to have a chance to chat while dining. The prices are fair for what you get and everything come out fairly quickly. It was a good experience and we would recommend it and will most likely go back to try some of their other dishes.

Modern tavern cuisine in a rustic, low lighting dining space. Started with cup of soup of the day, mushroom lentil. Ordered cauliflower burnt ends appetizer, french fries, Mediterranean salad with chicken, and chocolate cake.

We ate dinner here tonight. It was really good with the exception of the Brussels. I still gave it a 5 stars because my burger and the meatballs were so good. The Brussels were a little oily. I would prefer roasted with a little less oil.

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and the food and service was really good but I got the mac and cheese and i think it could be better. the noodles tasted hard like it wasn’t cooked yet. But I got the salmon which was really good and my boyfriend got the special new york strip steak and he finished it all. We got the strawberry shortcake for dessert which was also really good.
