Service is excellent, upscale atmosphere. The steak I ordered was good but the salmon my friend ordered was too salty. They couldn’t eat it.

A bit on the spendy side but it’s a great vibe. Food was actually good, just not over the top for the price of it. Great atmosphere, it’s quiet in there so you can talk without worrying about people talking over you. The bar area is actually really cool!

I am rating The Huntsman 5 stars for being a quality restaurant in little Ellensburg….and surviving. It is NOT the Met Grill but it does pretty good. Cocktails are great. Prime rib was excellent. I’ve eaten here several times and it gets a little noisy and crowded so pick a weekday to eat here.

I stopped in for dinner with a couple of friends and all we have to say is… WOW! This place is so amazing, the service is spot on, atmosphere is beautiful, and don’t even get me started on the food and drinks! I got the tenderloin with the Mac n cheese it was insane. Best steak on this side of the mountains. I also had a pretty talk to start which is one of their cocktails and I’m still trying to figure out the recipe for at home. They also have an amazing wine selection! 100/10 will go again!

My parents recently celebrated their 39th anniversary here… They ordered tenderloin which came out medium and well done (very disappointing) they also had lumpy mash potatoes and broccoli with 2 drinks…. The bill was $240!!!! How disappointing for having such a reputation the food wasn’t even sub par and crazy overpriced… What a great way to celebrate…

Found this place on Google maps! We are always looking for new restaurants to try and we definitely struck gold with the Huntsman! Very beautiful interior loved the aesthetic of the place! Our severs name was Juliette she was great, attentive when needed super sweet! The food was delicious and tasted fresh! My fiance is super picky about a good old fashioned and they nailed! We really enjoyed the Hunstman and will definitely be back!

We had a great meal at the Huntsman. Expectations we low but they did great. The steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly and the space is very nice. The wine list was interesting and the spirits list is very impressive. Our server was very friendly but had not been trained. Overall a great experience.

We were really excited to try this place. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. The tables are crammed too close together for comfort. The staff person was rude to my husband and I when we requested a table with a little more space. The waitress we had was very kind, but it seemed like she didn’t have enough support from management. Her tables were spaced really far apart and she had too many other tasks which resulted in us waiting over 30 mins for just our drinks. The food coming out to other tables did not seem to match the price or the elegance the restaurant claims to have. Unfortunately this place is a skip. I think the management needs to put more thought into creating a better guest experience and providing better support to their staff.
