With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Sadly today, the cold foam cold brew I ordered didn’t appear to have any cold foam or cold brew. It was more like a cup of a milk with a splash of coffee flavor. I was brining it to someone and sadly they didn’t even drink it.
Hate to waste it and the money, but there it wasn’t drinkable. Emailed support but they can’t make refunds happen as each location is individually owned. Which is both understandable and unfortunate.

Drive through only but they serve it fast- friendly staff too and spot on drinks. Chai and matcha blended well. Tip in cash so no transaction fee from card issuers- better for the crew.

Service is always great and the girls get drinks out very quickly. My only complaint (something I saw in another review) is that there is no easy option to leave a tip. I wish they would employ one of the tablets I see at other establishments to quickly leave tips via card.
