With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Unfortunately, I’ve had more issues than not there. I go every day to get my morning coffee and at least two out of the five days I go something is wrong with the coffee two days in a row I’ve gone and I don’t know if they’re just blending the coffee too much or what but it’s completely frothy and it doesn’t taste right or good and the girls are kind of rude about remaking anything if you ask them to please remake it… needless to say, I think I’m gonna stick with Dutch Bros

Ordered the Zen Dragon drink today. Never had anything with Dragon fruit. Caution: It is very, very sweet. Far too sweet for my taste.

I went and ordered 2 drinks with extra boba and i was charged 3x boba (6$) and they both had the tiniest amount of boba
I come here often and i know what the NORMAL amount of boba looks like! And I didn’t even get that. To add on to that the drinks were not even right and they tasted bad. Very bad customer service too. She argued with my boss about the boba aswell! I was so exited for my drinks and here we are.
I want a refund/compensation!

I’ll give them some time to figure it out and edit my review in the future. First off, I know they are new and just opened so they’re not going to be perfect.
1. The service is really slow. Like no sense of urgency slow. Every time I have gone there is one or two cars ahead of me but ill wait 15+ minutes every time.
2. I have not gotten a drink that tastes the same and I order the same thing every time I go.
But they are super friendly, they just need a little more training and maybe more staff for the morning rush hours.
