This restaurant is absolutely delightful, and the food is delicious! From the time my Mommy and I walked in we were greeted and seated. Our sever and all the staff are fantastic! I will update this review with names once reattained, lol. Have a blessed and Happy Saturday. Looking forward to returning soon. Also, the Handicap Accessible parking right along the street and small steps made everything even more convenient and super manageable for our needs. PLUS the Hot Sauce and purple building are soooo cool! A huge Thank You to everyone – you rock! God Bless/Hugs, all friends.

The Huckleberry is a shabby chic gem in downtown Louisville with eclectic charm and absolutely delectable food, drinks, and treats. We have eaten here over the years and have loved it every time. Sometimes it can be hard to grab a table without a long wait, but there’s a good reason. It’s delicious. Try the chai. Try the biscuits and mushroom gravy. Try the Benedict. No matter what you order, you’ll love it. And then, when you leave, stock up on sweet treats and loose leaf tea.

Great overall! A short wait for Saturday when the place was packed! Food always delicious! Abit of confusion after being seated, with an initial welcome and intro from one server where it then switched to another as they came by and said they would be with us in a moment when the other just gave us the run down of drinks etc. Both servers were great though!

Why have I not found this place sooner? How cute! Local feel, farm to table. Delightful food! Fabulous staff! We went for after church brunch and everything was delicious. We went with the crepes, breakfast tacos and chicken fried steak. The only thing we did not like was the chicken sausage as it was a bit dry, but as to be expected with chicken sausage right? We tried the Blue Moon Tea and was so moved, decided to book a Christmas Tea here too! This will be a staple to our brunch places from here on out!

Located in a historical building on Main st. in Louisville, CO. The Huckleberry is a place I would have imagined my aunt Eleanor visiting. The atmosphere is cottage like and has many homey touches that will make you want every decadent item on the menu. I had to try the stuffed French toast with mixed berries using brioche bread. The French toast was excellent and the green chili chicken sausage was dry, unfortunately, I would suggest bacon or pork sausage to provide a great savory note to to all the lucious sweet…
The presentation was great as well. Service was gracious and the price was reasonable!

This was a great restaurant. The food was delicious. The chai was very heavy on the “spice” cloves were a very prominent flavor. The coffee was “strong enough to put hair on your chest”-a direct quote from my dining companion who was also female…so proceed at your own risk. The menu was good and is a local favorite.

I love this little restaurant! The food and service were great, and the interior has a charming aesthetic with cute art and a vintage style. I had the chai with oat milk, which includes one refill (with an additional cost for oat milk). The waitress was very kind and attentive, checking on us the perfect amount, which I really appreciated. Just a heads-up—there’s no parking lot, so you’ll need to find street parking.

Short wait to get in, even with several folks waiting and we found out why. This place is crazy good! The service was great. The breakfast croissant was fairly large. Definitely enough to get the day started. Tasty coffee. Prices were reasonable. A great place to revisit!

Great place to eat. Quaint location easily accessible and really good home style food. I enjoy yhe breakfast menu and everything on it is excellent. Try the breakfast tacos. Or the amazing pancakes or waffles…or maybe one of the four different Benedict egg plates. And, the coffee is wonderful, especially on those slow mornings or if its cold outside. This is a top choice for me when meeting friends or family for a great meal that I know will meet everyone’s needs and different tastes.

Just moved here and this has become a favorite spot. The staff is always so kind but the food is INCREDIBLE. The huevos rancheros, pancakes, and baked goods are all top tier. They’re also super consistent which is a total dream for a new transplant looking for comfort. We’ve tried many breakfast places in the area and this is, by a LONG shot, our favorite.
