Terrific food, house made. Everything we have tried is fresh and delicious. There is plenty of space and still warm and welcoming. Get the Hubs nuts, you won’t be sorry! Everyone on staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Clean restrooms, too!

The staff were friendly but the bowl I ordered had so much liquid in it, it’s basically soup. There wasn’t much flavor in it and this genuinely was not what I expected at all. The salmon was cooked fine but it tastes like they slapped a bunch of pepper on it and burnt the fish for color. I’m sure other stuff on the menu is fine but the portobello bowl was not good.

Hubs Vine is beautifully set up in a large space. There service is quick and efficient. We ordered two large pallets full of Peanuts. We were checked in and loaded quickly. Within 15 minutes we were sitting eating a tasty lunch. The bathrooms are clean. Nice experience overall.

never been to the vine, but having been to Sedley years ago I’ve been in SouthFlorida for 20+ years and have two decorative plumbing stores on East Coast (Stuart & Vero Beach). I give the 20 oz Salted peanuts to our contractors & good customers between Thanksgiving & Christmas. Always remind them or for the first time”these are the best peanuts you will ever eat”. Have never received a response accept “You were right!” Thanks for being there’

I have never been to The Hubs Vine before., and I’ve been a Franklin resident since September 2022.
This is my first time and I can tell you this was an amazing experience. The Portobello Mushroom Bowl that I had was very flavorful. With a nice mellow profile. The chicken on top was nice and moist, and the vegetables perfectly grilled.
All in all a very enjoyable experience

We’ve come here for peanuts and chocolates/peanut munchies. Today was our first lunch and was a very pleasant experience. The BBQ and the Mediterranean wrap were both excellent. They have locally churned ice cream, a coffee bar, and gift items.
There are games available for families to enjoy playing. The building was a former grocery store that now serves as a restaurant and peanut storage and processing area for the locally owned Hubbard Peanut Company.
Definitely a must try eatery when visiting Franklin. Located next to Tractor Supply.

My husband and I wanted to get out of the house with the kids, and we’re so glad we found this place! The atmosphere is beautiful and family-friendly, with chalkboards, books, and games to keep the kids entertained. They even offered high chairs for our baby, which made things so much easier. The service was excellent, and the food tasted fresh and homemade. We left very happy and will definitely be back!

Off the charts! Coffee bar, soups, sandwiches and don’t forget the peanuts! The best peanuts I’ve ever had, available in multiple varieties. This is a must stop. Bring the kids, there’s games for them to play while you shop. Singer songwriter dinner concerts occasionally… check schedule for artists.

The food was really good. I had the pulled pork sandwich and had a taste that I’ve never had for a barbecue sandwich. It was unique. The service was great. Didn’t really like of payment up front which included tip. Really was uncertain what to expect after ordering and what do next. Especially for visiting for the first time. Someone does bring out your food, but it’s really a waitress. So you have to go get your own refills. But someone does clean your table off once you are finished. So that is why it’s kind of confusing of how to tip and who exactly is getting the tip. I have noticed recently at several restaurants now that it seems to be a team effort which really helps out with the customer service which has really declined in recent years. The area was really open and a little intimidating but it was unique. Well definitely return again though.

Food is delicious and customer service is always great! We buy peanuts from here every year for Christmas gifts. We always recommend this place to people that are coming to franklin and tell them the peanut clusters are our favorite candy. Highly recommended!
