We enjoyed the meals. It is a little pricier than we would normally do (with extras it was almost $200 for 4 of us. The staff was very cordial. It was a busier night so our main course took a little bit to come out but we were not in a hurry. We will mostly likely return for special occasions.

My partner and I loved it here so much, we’re already planning our next visit. We ordered the steak with onions, prime rib, caesar salad and the seafood melt! Everything tasted so fresh and homemade, but the prime rib was my absolute favorite (I’ve never tasted anything so juicy before) so we will definitely be back for a very special occasion! Also, our server was very nice, we gave her a good tip 10/10 will be back!

We had a group of 24 people here for a birthday dinner. We had a lovely private room with great service. The food is always good (Shrimp! Bunny Cake! Garlic toast!). The history at the Hubble House is something you rarely find. It has that old super club vibe and is so comfortable! Mantorville is such a pretty little town. Our family has enjoyed dining here for over 60 years and it never disappoints.

They still have it! We hadn’t been here for a while. I had the Steak and Lobster and it was fantastic! Excellent cut of fillet and the lobster was cooked perfectly! Our server Allie was very professional and attentive! Everything was perfect!

My wife and I chose Hubbel House for our most recent date night and we both could not be more impressed. Our server was Stacey and she was very attentive without being intrusive. We had the shrimp cocktail and they were delicious. Stacey also brought us a sample of their onion rings which are hand battered and breaded; also delicious. I ordered the filet Oscar which was topped with a crab cake and bearnaise sauce; my wife had the prime rib. Both steaks easily could have been cut with a fork and you can tell they are very high quality meats, not just because of the cuts. Creme brulee for dessert should not be missed. Great service, amazing food 10/10, highly recommend and definitely ask for Stacey. We will absolutely be back.

We ate here for the first time for New Years Eve dinner and the food and service were excellent! We had steak which we both really enjoyed and the potatoes were really good as well. We will definitely be back another time for dinner here. It’s a nice environment to dine in and visit while having some good food.

I’ve been coming to the Hubble House in Mantorville for about 10 years, and it remains one of my favorite places to visit. Over the years I’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and family gatherings here, and the experience is always consistently great.
It’s pretty amazing that this restaurant has been in business since 1854, and you can feel that history in the atmosphere. The décor is charming and old-fashioned—low lighting, candlelit tables, and antiques throughout. It’s warm, inviting, and unlike anything you find in most places today.
When I came here recently for my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary dessert—and nobody does that anymore. It was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch.
Is this place perfect? No restaurant is. Once in a while the food might not come out exactly how you want it, but they are always quick to fix the issue and genuinely try their best to make it right. That’s what good service looks like.
The food is consistently good, the bar is a nice addition, and the servers are knowledgeable, experienced, and truly friendly. They treat you with respect and make you feel valued as a customer.
If you’re coming on a weekend, making a reservation is the best way to ensure you get a table. The Hubble House is a hidden gem, and I’m grateful places like this still exist. Highly recommended!

Really neat place given how old it is and the vibe they maintain is very interesting and unique. The prime rub was fantastic and so were cheese curds and creme brûlée. Definitely recommend checking out the oldest restaurant in Minnesota

Great service and atmosphere! The food was decent and the garlic bread was really good! They have little parking lot in the back and are very conveniently located in Mantorville. A very quiet and cute place to go! Check them out!
