The Service was so great! The women/servers were kind, informative, gave us wonderful suggestions for hikes. So personable and sweet, but very efficient! The food was absolutely excellent. My partner said the Omelette was perfectly cooked, filled well and was seasoned well. The Grilled home fries where grilled to perfection with some flavorful grilled pieces, seasoned so well! As a Vegan they had wonderful vegan options, they had Avocado Toast with egg, tomato and bacon. They held the bacon and substituted the Egg for this very well seasoned tofu scrabble on top with some fresh fruit. Even their dressed greens were fresh and dressed well, not too much not too little. Then we have their Vermont Overnight Oats, it’s Vegan with oat milk, granola, VT maple syrup, blueberries, strawberries and pumpkin seeds. It was so flavorful! I would recommend and go back again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend this restaurant, the food & service were outstanding! The quality of the food was excellent, with freshness and crafted entirely from scratch. The grilled cheese paired with tomato jam was delicious accompanied by potato & salad sides. The lemon pound cake and vanilla gelato are an absolute must-try!
Cozy atmosphere and beautiful Christmas decorations.
The staff’s warmth, hospitality, and attention to allergies make this a truly exceptional dining experience. We will definitely come back to this place!

we had such a lovely lunch/brunch at the Hub
today. the breakfast menu in particular is delicious, service good and atmosphere incredibly warm, homey, elegant and inviting. The comfy chairs, gorgeous art and wonderful family history – along with lovely fluffy snow falling outside – made for a special day. The home fries and avo toast were amazing!

Saw an article about Weston, Vermont and the restaurants in the area. So we drove over. Glad we did. We both had the corn soup, hot creamy and flavor. My wife had the Portobello Burger with sautéed vegetables. I had a special, Pork Burger, ground pork pattie, with sauerkraut melted cheese, which came with a salad. Each of us had a red French Gamay wine. Restaurant is in an older home, transformed very nicely into a small restaurant, very clean

Fantastic place! First time visitor for an early lunch. I had the half sandwich, soup and salad lunch special, choosing Grilled Cheese and Corn Soup. The sandwich was gooey and filled with cheese and some sauteed cinnamonapples. It was such an unusual combination, but it was delicious, as was the soup. I highly recommend visiting there!

Incredible breakfast and coffee. I stopped in with my fiancé while skiing in the area. We got the breakfast burrito and smoked salmon bagel. Both were delicious. Great service as well. Highly recommend

A lovely spot in Weston for some food and beverages. I was taken here as a guest and we were treated really well by the team and Chef. It was a very pleasant experience.
I didn’t find myself going back for food (I was living in the town for 1.5 months) because I found it expensive and a little less powerful with taste. Much of it was good, but I found most dishes we tried under-seasoned and there was definitely a lack of excitement with the food.

Order anything, you can’t go wrong. What isn’t scratch made is locally sourced. I had the open face salmon on homemade pumpernickel bread with cream cheese, capers, pickled onion, greens and egg. It was outstanding! Quaint and homey inside, and spotlessly clean. The entire crew is super friendly and helpful. chef Michael was nominated for a James beer award, so that tells you everything you need to know.

Amazing Small Vermont country restaurant in a renovated old farm house. Limited seating so make a Reservation ahead of time if possible. Located next to new Theater…a bit tricky to see where to turn and park but worth it. Staff is amazing nd food was terrific.
