The Hook restaurant hooked my attention I’m a huge seafood lover we went there Friday evening, it was packed with people. We waited for a minute to get our table, no reservation, our server was Grace and she was very sweet and attentive. We decided to go with Salmon and Cod. Took about 5-7 minutes and we had our food. It was crispy but the fillet was tender inside. They use a lot of bread crumbs to my liking, but it’s not making the dish any worse, I liked it. Also too much salt on fries. Great atmosphere, little loud but acceptable. I would recommend to give it a try, place is good, it’s just me, I’m kinda picky about the food and I prefer more equanimous setting.

The Hook Seafood Broiler — Perrinville Village’s cozy, flavorful heartbeat.

We just watched the Everett Silvertips take down the Vancouver Giants 4–1 at Angel of the Winds Arena, and we needed a proper celebration dinner. So we headed straight to The Hook Seafood Broiler in Perrinville Village.

I kicked things off with a Scratch Margarita — bright, tart, freshly muddled lime cutting through the salt and sweetness like a little electric jolt to the palate. Paired it with Loaded Tots to share: golden, crisp potato bites piled high with smoky bacon, melted mixed cheese, pickled jalapeños that bring a sharp little zing, green onion for freshness, and a drizzle of cheese sauce that ties it all together. Pure comfort, pure chaos, pure joy.

For the main event, I went all‑in on the Blue Burger with a cup of clam chowder. The burger hits you first with that flame‑broiled aroma, then the crunch of bacon, then the punch of blue cheese — creamy, tangy, unapologetically bold. The garlic aioli and fresh veggies round it out without softening the edge. The clam chowder on the side was thick, rich, and warming — the kind of chowder that feels like it’s been simmering all afternoon. I paired it with a Midori Sour, that neon‑green melon sweetness smoothing out the savory richness of the meal.

Michele took on the All American with tots — a classic done right. Thick Tillamook cheddar melted over a juicy patty, crisp bacon adding that perfect salty snap, lettuce and tomato keeping it fresh, and garlic aioli giving it a little swagger. Her side of tots came out hot, crunchy, and ready to steal a few bites from.

To close out the night, I finished with a Blood Orange Cosmo — crisp citrus, a hint of sweetness, and that bright blood‑orange aroma that feels like a clean, refreshing reset after a big meal.

The vibe at The Hook is exactly what you want: warm, local, unpretentious, and always consistent.
Good drinks, great comfort food, and the kind of place that turns a simple night out into a perfect post‑game wind‑down.

If you’re in the neighborhood and want a spot that delivers every time, The Hook Seafood Broiler is it.

Decided to grab some fish and chips north way back from a walk near the water and The Hook caught my eye as I made my way back up from the coast.

Seating was instantaneous given that it was still around 3 PM on a weekday and the waitress was kind and welcoming.

Ended up ordering the 3-piece halibut with chips, a Diet Pepsi, and a slice of chocolate torte. The food came out quickly and was quite good. Given as Seattle has access to some really good fish, I am usually a bit picky when it comes to fish and chips. However, this was definitely above par and I was quite pleased.

Now, I will say that pricing is a bit steep, even for Seattle. My main, dessert and drink came out to around $50 before tip. Regardless, I would come again and I urge others to try it out.

Interior has nice aesthetics and fair lighting. Service was pretty good. Food was alright. Their name implies seafood would be fresh while our shrimp and salmon were not. Both were ‘fishy’ and texture was seemed over cooked/previously frozen. Crab and shrimp dip was ok, not very much seafood and a lot of cream. Would’ve been better with crunchy pita chips or bagel crisps than soft pita. Favorite was the salt & pepper calamari which had a light breading and calamari was tender.

A friend of mine and I came up from Tacoma to take care of some business and decided to try this place never been here before walked in and was immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman, clean cut dressed well. He told us to pick out a seat and he would follow us. He was very nice. Handed us Our menus walked away. Let us decide and then came back where you ordered something to drink and then I ordered an appetizer here and we ordered our lunch. THE COD WAS GOOD! It was breaded perfectly and the meat was not overcooked. The slaw was made with mayo which I like very so thanks. The fries were crispy not soggy. The crab dip was delicious. A shout out to OLIVER for making our first time a very pleasant experience

Went to The Hook in Perrinville today for a late lunch and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with cute outdoor seating. We ordered the calamari, chili, and the mushroom Swiss burger—everything was delicious. The burger really stood out, especially the buns from The Cottage, the local bakery next door. Portions were generous, service was excellent, and the overall vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit.

I was so happy with everything about my experience here. The bartender gave phenomenal service and made me the best chocolate martini! The food was also delicious. And their ranch is 10/10. Definitely going back!

This was a lovely place with plenty of options for seafood lovers and haters! The portions were great and the food was tasty. Service could have been more attentive and generally more friendly. We had a reservation and the restaurant was informed we were celebrating 2 birthdays yet we were not even offered dessert. (Not expecting free, we would have paid happily). I would go back if we happened to be in the area.
