Had lunch again today at Honor Bar on the Island in Palm Beach, located next door to Palm Beach Grill. For those who don’t know, Honor Bar, Palm Beach Grill, and Houston’s are all part of the Hillstone Restaurant Group.

I’ll admit upfront that I’m a bit of a food snob and I almost never eat at chain restaurants. That said, these three are a rare exception for me because the food is consistently excellent and super tasty..

The Honor Bar has a relatively small menu, but everything on it is done very well. The interior has a dark wood, upscale feel that’s warm and comfortable. It’s a narrow restaurant with a bar like feel. The service is always excellent, professional, attentive, and unhurried.

I was trying to eat light today and went with the kale salad (very delicious) and a shrimp cocktail. My girlfriend ordered the cheeseburger and fries, which were outstanding as usual. Everything we had, as always was spot-on.

Normally, I go for the fried chicken sandwich or the French dip, and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I Highly recommended the Honor Bar.

I mean anything that the hillstone group produces I love. This place was amazing as per usual. The consistency this company has is amazing. The only downfall is no reservations so we did have to wait about 40 mins for lunch on a Monday. But I would wait that to eat food this exceptional. Everything was great

My fav bar and resto in Palm Beach by far. Amazing vibe, honestly feels like you’re in NYC. The staff is incredible, great personalities and hospitality. The food & drinks — superb.

Recommend: the burger, the prime rib au jus sandwich (the best ever), fried chicken sandwich, macho salad, tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail (they are legit the size of lobsters) and devilled eggs. Everyone goes crazy for their fries — which are unique — tiny crunchy little guys. Get the spicy mayo on the side and the garlic salt for the fries.

The cocktails are delish. We love their Spicy Margaritas, Old Fashioneds and Negronis. They have a Caymus Cab by the glass which is medium to full bodied and is delish too. If you want a light beer they have a great Kolsch.

Wow! Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff and fabulous bar and background music. Beautiful dark wood paneling, booth seating, bar seating. First come, first serve. I love this place. It could be in New York City, Paris, London or anywhere with a cool elegant sophisticated vibe. Don’t wear your wife beater tee shirt or banana hammock bathing suit. Dress up, look smart, wear a blazer or jacket. No bohunks allowed. Enjoy, I sure did and I will go back. Fabulous Honor burger, I wish I had taken a picture of it!

Cool little spot by Houston’s. Kinda disappointed with the beverage program. Asked for a Negroni and it was built in glass and garnished with a lime. The pan fried snapper was not enjoyable. Would go back for a third time. The tuna tartare was good.

This place is a hidden gem on Palm Beach all of the food is excellent and the drinks are great. The food is surprisingly reasonably priced. I make it a point to go at least once a month.

Honor Bar delivers one of the best burgers on the island it’s simple, consistent, and done right. The patty is always cooked perfectly, with a great sear and juicy center, paired with fresh toppings and a soft, toasted bun that holds everything together without falling apart.

What really stands out is the balance. Nothing is overdone—the flavors are clean, classic, and exactly what you want when you’re craving a high-quality burger. The fries are just as solid—crispy, well-seasoned, and a perfect side.

The atmosphere is upscale but relaxed, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a casual dinner.

Overall, it’s not trying to be flashy—it’s just consistently great. If you’re in Palm Beach and want a reliable, top-tier burger, Honor Bar is always a safe bet.

I visited The Honor Bar this past Saturday with my girlfriend, and it was an excellent experience. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend outing — small, but incredibly cozy and welcoming. The atmosphere truly captures the laid-back yet elegant vibe of West Palm Beach.

We sat at a table in the back, surrounded by warm lighting and wood accents that made the space feel intimate. We both ordered sandwiches — I had the ribeye sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious: juicy, flavorful, and served on perfectly toasted bread. My girlfriend loved hers as well.

The service was outstanding. We were taken care of by Ophelia, who was kind, attentive, and brought a great energy to the table. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Had a great time at Honor Bar Palm Beach. We stopped in for drinks and appetizers after shopping at the plaza. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. Emily Z took wonderful care of us: she was friendly, professional, and very attentive. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely be back soon.

Absolutely love this spot for a dim-lit suave night out in Palm Beach. While you definitely need a reservation, it’s fun hanging out at the bar while you wait for your table. Located in the Royal Poinciana Plaza, and sister restaurants with Palm Beach Grille, (they’re actually connected in the back and share restrooms) it’s also a chain with Houston’s & Hillstone. The service is always great and accommodating and everything on the menu is fresh and decadent! Always love ordering the Kale salad, Honor Burger- love the coleslaw!, French Dip and this time we tried the Omelette. It was worth sharing but there’s too many other favorites of mine so it’s lower on my go-tos. The sides are also obviously a must. While I’m always too full for dessert, I can never wait to return!
