Came in today around 12:30 and almost didn’t come in because the open sign was off and the lights up front were so dimly lit it looked closed from the inside. No bell or alarm on the door or anything to alert employees of customers coming into the store. After looking around for a few minutes we noticed the bell on the counter and hit that, only to be greeted by an extremely sloppy looking employee with ear buds on. He took our order, didn’t ask if we wanted chips or a side with our sandwiches, and was just generally obviously unhappy with his job. We looked around for the chips, only saw two variety with two empty baskets, and asked the employee if there were other flavors, to which he replied “I don’t know” and disappeared into the back. Three more people came into the store at this point and he came back a few minutes later with two boxes of chips and we went with that option. As he was walking away I could hear him mutter something about “sandwiches,” and likely complaining about making ours. He hadn’t even acknowledged the other customers in line, made our sandwiches, and gave them to us a few minutes later before saying anything to the lady at the counter. I manage a restaurant and understand labor being too high for only one employee sometimes, but if you can only have one employee this is completely the wrong type. He’s going to run this business into the ground, and despite the food being great makes me not want to return. Given my job I typically have more grace and understanding at other restaurants than most customers, but this was just ridiculous and disheartening for the only employee helping customers being someone with 0 customer service skill. If you hate your job that much get another one, or get better at customer service so someone else might consider hiring you.

Super cute place with amazing sandwiches, the honey baked ham is my absolute favorite. There are a lot of one star reviews about the service and not the food. Luckily for my girlfriend and I the service was great the lady at the counter was very nice. I’d be careful around lunch time, we went for the first time at 4:30pm. Love this place so far and will definitely be coming back many time.

Went to pick up my Thanksgiving meal today, first of all I ordered online because they offered a 10 dollar of coupon if you ordered early. I called right before and asked if the sweet potatoes were gluten free and every time I call, they’re always rude. I don’t understand she’s like we’re very busy. You’ll have to just ask me when you come in to pick up your food. I said OK. So I go in to pick up my order and they ring it up and it’s like $167. I said I ordered online and I was 155. And then I had a $10 coupon which brought it to 147 then I had nine dollar piggy points. She goes. Oh yeah that’s just an estimate. What is it really just an estimate my hand was a 10 pound ham that I ordered I asked her what was the weight of the ham 10.1 OK so you’re telling me I get a order online and they say after my $10 discount for 144 and then I get there and I’m paying $20 more even with all my discounts. I just don’t get it. It’s all good. I love the food, but I will never go back. Their customer service really needs help and whoever owns it should really work on some other customer service and also why don’t you just be real with your pricing and don’t give out discounts if it’s never gonna be a discount.

I’ve come here many times by myself as I used to work nearby and this was my own little hidden gem for lunch. There aren’t many tables but it’s typically not too busy. Their pricing is good for lunch and they offer a great potato salad for a side among others. There is typically only one person working so if a couple people walk in behind you, don’t be impatient as they will take all orders first and then make your sandwich but it doesn’t take them long. The ham is phenomenal and their honey sauce is sweet as tasty. I took my daughter with me yesterday and the worker offered to make her a ham and cheese melt on ciabatta bread. I went back in to compliment the cashier and it ended up being the owner. Great friendly place with amazing food and good prices.

I got the honey baked sandwich and forgot to ask for no pickles, but it was actually still really good with the pickles so I left them on the sandwich. My husband got the garlic butter ham sliders and really enjoyed those. Both got sides of potato salad with the sandwiches. We ended up taking our food to-go because we were so full after about half way through. Very filling meal and we’ll be trying to take and bake Mac n cheese tonight. Definitely look forward to coming back.

Nice little cafe, that doesn’t serve coffee, but had delicious gourmet sandwiches and salads. Price range: $6.50-8.

And the salads are huge! I’m a 170 pound male and could barely finish it.

I had a gift card so I went in and got an 8 pound ham, bone in and I also ordered the club Sandwich from there. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The guy was extremely kind and helpful and willing to change my order that I had placed for Thursday to accommodate me so I could pick it up on Wednesday. Instead with no complaints or hesitation. Very appreciated, the food was very good And the place was very clean.

My daughter and I went in for a sandwich and was faced with very unhappy rude guy. Apparently the daytime manager since he made a point of telling me he runs this place, lol. I mean, I asked him what was on a classic ham sandwich to which he just points up at the menu on the wall where it shows a picture. My daughter asked what was on a different sandwich and he points to a picture by the restrooms. I mean the personality on this guy was less than a table top. I did have to goggle, because, what was making this guy be so rude? I also ordered 2lbs of sliced ham. Once we got our sandwiches he forgot the cheese. I love this ham and am not from here, but I would drive further to buy it, just so I wouldn’t have to deal with such a rude human. I will never ho back.
