There are so many great sandwiches and soups. Small, but they have excellent food.

We had never been here before, despite living in the area for years and years. We arrived a little after 11 and it wasn’t busy. Our wait time was about 10 minutes for hot sandwiches and an order of soup. I had the peppermill chicken sandwich, which had a deliciously spicy sauce on it, and a side of a pasta salad. The chicken was actually entire breast of chicken- I was expecting sliced lunch meat- so that was a pleasant surprise. The pasta salad was chock full of broccoli and carrots and corn with a creamy sauce. Would definitely recommend this place.

Disgusting experience.
I have frequent a Peppermill chicken sandwich with no onions.
Whilst waiting today, lovely young lady served me.
Then after 10 minutes her so called supervisor came”supervisor” came out of the bathroom, proceeded to the kitchen to make food.
No washing of hands, no gloves and to make it worse whilst making a salad was licking her fingers, wiping them on her jeans.
Vomit.
Then didn’t have the decency to come out front to give me a refund on my card, instead sent the young lady who was wearing gloves to give me a cash refund.
Health and hygiene at its worst.

The service was friendly. It took over 20 minutes to get our meals and we were the only guests. The food was good, especially the potato salad. During all the time we were were at the restaurant no one cleaned the dirty tables (they just needed to be whipped down because the guests had already thrown out their trash and their dishes were placed on top of the trash bin). It was a mediocre experience.

Always loved Honey Baked Ham. This was not crowded yet, when I picked up my order. The lady who helped me was great! Will go back to experience the ‘cafe’ part.

This place is a great place to eat. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, and the service is great! The prices are great too! Every sandwich comes with your choice of chips and you can customize your sandwich to your liking. I liked the sauce from my sandwich so much I decided to buy a bottle of it for home. They had a lot of other things you could buy and take home: desserts, sides, they cater, and of course sauces.

Home made soups, Sandwiches made fresh as you order them. Very small dining area. Great ham and service, found on the north side of the Willows parking lot. Service is always fast, but they do run out of soup once in a great while. Once you’ve had one their soups you’ll see why!

Celebrating my mom’s 90th birthday, we had an awesome platter of sandwiches. 5 different types of sandwiches. 17 total. They cut them in quarters so everyone gets to sample every sandwich. Everyone at the party enjoyed them. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!!!

I’ve been coming here for about 20 years but no more.

They no longer give you coupons. So if you want your receipt, they rip off the coupon off the bottom first and then hand you the receipt. I get emails all the time about honey baked rewards. But this location doesn’t accept any.
Late last year or early this year, I came in to get my normal sandwich and the employee Jamie didn’t tell me they were out of their normal bread for the hickory hoagie (it was a nice, soft ciabatta). The replacement bread is awful (it’s like the equivalent of a hot dog bun, it’s very bread-y tasting, and it it’s all you can taste & looks smaller too). The owner Susie said they were busy with the holidays and they would get it back soon and she authorized a remake once it came in, but she also argued about it with me at the same time, very interruptive. I could tell she wasn’t happy with my phone call or feedback that they should tell their customers when a menu items is out of stock. Maybe it would change my mind to order a different item, perhaps the croissant instead. But it just feels like to me that they’re so hard up for cash so it’s my opinion that they don’t want to tell you if they’re out of something because they want the sale.
I think I came in another once or twice and was able to get my normal bread, but then today I forgot to make sure they had it before ordering. I guess it didn’t occur to me they didn’t carry it anymore because we are in july, not the holidays.. And then when my sandwich came out, it was the horrible bread again. And then they also made my sandwich wrong. I had repeated no pickles 3 times, it was on my receipt stating no pickles, and what did they do? They made it with pickles. And they didn’t even know their Sprite was out. I took a full cup and then went to take a sip and it tasted like plain soda water and they were like oh well we can’t fix that today. I was with my mother today and she also hated this replacement bread. The ham is delicious, but all we can taste is the awful bread. When I asked about it after we were done eating the employee Jamie was like “we don’t have that bread anymore. And we told you last time that we don’t have that bread anymore.”
I had to correct her and say no… I was told you were temporarily out ..and you did get it back a few months ago because the owner authorized a remake once it came back in stock. But now its been a while since ive been in. The way she said it just seemed a little bit snotty. Its weird to me they’d have high quality ham and other ingredients but ruin the taste with horrible bread. Can they not find a better supplier? Using cheap bread and then being rude with me about it, has lost me as a customer. I normally like to support smaller businesses where I can but there are other sandwich shops I can patronize. Oh, and we will just get our whole holiday hams from Costco like we did last year, it’s just as delicious and a lot cheaper.
AND IF YOU READ THIS FAR, I WANT TO ADDRESS THE OTHER REVIEW THAT SAID GOOGLE HAS THE WRONG HOURS. I HAD ALSO NOTICED THIS AS WELL. YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY GO TO HONEY BAKED HAM’S ACTUAL WEBSITE TO SEE THE CORRECT HOURS. I REMEMBER BRINGING THIS UP TO THEM A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND STAFF TOLD ME THAT THEY’VE TRIED TO GET IT CHANGED THROUGH GOOGLE, BUT GOOGLE WON’T CHANGE IT UNLESS THEY PAY GOOGLE, AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY GOOGLE. SO I DON’T KNOW WHY THEY RESPONDED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER REVIEW SAYING THEY WOULD WORK ON FIXING THE HOURS. GOOGLE HAS BEEN WRONG FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

Went for the BOGO coupon we were offered in an email, after taking an online survey and ordering our Thanksgiving ham. The lady that received our eat-in order made us feel like we were imposing on her, as she vented her frustration about corporate putting out promos and not telling store owners. She said they just eat the cost of the buy-one get one free sandwich and are not reimbursed. Agree with earlier review that owner needs to take her frustration up with corporate, not the customer. We hesitantly stayed and placed our order but it was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Bad for business when store owners and big business don’t work well together.
