I went today and got a sandwich. They are super small . Also not sure why pesto isn’t an option feel like that’s a missed opportunity especially with the turkey or a topping for ham other than mayo and mustard . Not only was this expired Jan 4 2026. it was sold with mold! Please make sure you check your product before selling and rotate using osha standards please

I bought 2 ham bones to make black eyed peas and Peruvian fried rice. They have plenty of meat and the savings are spectacular for a family of 1-4. It is hard to buy food, prepare, watch drama, plate, serve and take pictures. I will add pictures later. Here is a more traditional plate made previously.

I didn’t have a traditional Thanksgiving meal this year so while in Piedmont I decided I would see what HoneyBaked had to offer. In the past I’ve spent $$$ to cater a full meal for my family however for this occasion I was looking for a small 3-4 person meal. The young lady at the register was pleasant and showed me the options available. I decided on the meal for $49.99 which included 3 sides and 2 lbs of sliced meat. I also asked to include a package of sliced turkey. When she rung me up however the total was almost $100. She asked another woman behind the counter for help but the woman said she was busy and that the young woman needed to double check what was rung up. She went through the whole transaction again and still the price was higher than advertised. She asked if I wanted to wait for the other woman to review my order and I did but decided to step outside while she finished and assisted 2 other customers at the register. About 10 mins later I went back in the store. The young lady at the register asked the woman if she had time to talk to me, to which she abruptly said “No, I dont”. Never once did the woman address me directly, even though she was within arms length nor did she offer to look into it when she was done. It was truly the rudest and most unprofessional experience I have had at Honeybaked Ham and unfortunately will not be back.

Weeks in advance I pre-ordered and pre-paid for a bone-in quarter ham as there were only a few of us. My mom went to pick it up on the day and they said they were all out of that size and had her take a ham that was almost double the size and charged us almost double. Seriously? You messed up our order than then charged us extra for it? I reached out 2 times to talk with someone about this and never heard back. Really frustrating so be careful ordering from this location and don’t expect andy customer service or suport. The ham was fine. Just too much and paid way more than we wanted to pay.

I bought a coffee cake there for the first time to try it out. I opened it just a couple days later and it was moldy. I spoke to someone on the phone and she asked for my full credit card info to provide me a refund. Its been a handful of days and still no refund. My card did get hacked yesterday with fraudulent charges so I don’t think I’ll be getting any sort of refund any day soon. Probably never trying any of their products again.

I prepaid for turkey and ham slices since it was for Thanksgiving. When I picked up my order, they didn’t have one of my orders ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I asked the clerk to remove the order that wasn’t ready and was told that she would have to void the whole transaction. While waiting for the order, the clerk forgot about me and I had to keep asking her if my order was ready. If they have pre-paid orders, it should be prepared and set aside for the customer for their scheduled pickup time. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of prepay.

Unfortunately I didn’t even get to taste the food because I didn’t get my order that I had ordered 4 hours ahead for pickup and obviously they gave out my food because when I went to pick it up about 12:40pm. I was told that they didn’t have it and if they wanted to come back they offered me the prime rib and I told him okay to charge me the difference they told me they couldn’t do that but that I could come back later. I wasn’t going to do that because that’s the whole point of ordering and paying ahead to pick up my food.

What is the point of making a reservation, just for you to get there and they don’t have the size you ordered. She said pre-paid is taking over the reservations, if that’s the case then they should only allow pre-paid, but then again they won’t because instead of paying a little over $60 for a ham, I had no choice but to go a size up and pay $111. More money for them.. smh

My old pal Pernod Leer called me as I was coming into Oaktown and asked me to stop at the Honey Baked Ham Store and pick up his ham…you know since you’re coming over anyway.
Well, I made a couple of quick lane changes into a new direction and was there in just a few minutes, and let me tell you something…that store smells just like grandma’s house on Christmas night, it was Amazing!
20 minutes later I was up on the top of Broadway Terrace slicing into the most Amazing ham I’ve ever had..it was truly Spectacular! ☆☆☆☆☆
