Can’t say enough about their organization to enable an efficient pickup process.
Shout out to Quintin and the tall, thin salt and pepper haired gentlemen who deftly tag teamed. Great upsell to their ham salad (haven’t had that cross my path since Grandma circa 1970s.)

Tried to place a lunch order for five coworkers because the website wouldn’t allow lunch options. The employee took my whole order, then told me to order online anyway. The manager got on the phone and was rude, repeating the same thing. When I asked why the first guy didn’t mention it, she said he “just got on shift.” Terrible communication and unprofessional service.

I bought a small ham and it was burned. I took the ham, receipt and cc receipt into the store today and was basically told it was suppose to be like that! I’ve bought honey baked hams for over 30 years and NEVER had any ham be inedible. So I thought taking it into the store I would get an apology and a quick refund. Nope I was told it was fine. Only after I said if it is good she should taste it that she agreed to give me my money back.
Sadly, they lost a customer today. And I was a regular customer. I could have overlooked this had I been given a proper interaction with the manager. Anyway, I recommend if you want Honeybaked you go to a different one. I live near this one and will never be back. Happy holidays everyone.

My new favorite lunch spot! I just stopped by to see what they had and the girl behind the counter told me they had daily specials and that days deal was BOGO ham sandwiches so I ordered a honeybaked ham melt to eat that day and took a regular honeybaked ham sandwich for later. It was delicious! The honey mustard was the best mustard I’ve ever tasted. I went back today and bought a jar of it! The sandwich I took for later was just as delicious if not more so since I buttered it up and stuck it in my air fryer! I can’t wait to go back next Tuesday for another BOGO!

This chain has been around for a long while. Their ham is naturally excellent, but this location does not see very many customers. They do offer lunch specials, which are good but can be pricey for the amount of food you are getting. In addition, their hours are a bit odd. Otherwise, it’s a decent option if you’re craving ham.
