So this overpriced over cooked ham was our contribution to thanksgiving dinner. I’ve never had dry ham, but there it is. For $84.00 there are high expectations, but this is a new low. Whomever is responsible for quality needs to their eyes checked. This review would have been a negative if it was possible. I encourage all those whom are looking for this product to find another location. This was not the first quality issue with this location, but this is the last for us.

I was supposed to pick up an online pre pay order. To my surprise they ran out of one of the items. The offer to switch it with other item. My question is, what is the purpose to offer an item (available at the time of purchase) on your web site and charged the customer if you are not going to have the order ready for pick up at the date and time promised? I’m still waiting for someone to contact me after filing a complaint the business web site.

I ordered and paid online and when I picked up my order, the gentleman that helped me messed up my order. I didn’t notice until I got home. I called the store and spoke to Karla. She felt horrible and went out of her way to make sure I got my correct order.

I ordered and paid online in advance in order to take advantage of the $7 off coupon. I was very disappointed that they didn’t honour my coupon because I took a screenshot of it instead of downloading the app. When you are spending $100 on a ham, they should have given me the $7 off

Great deli shop. Great selections of meats, bread and condiments. Long line to get in shop. Line moves really fast and orderly. Cashier will wave you over for next open station. Staff courteous and friendly.

Never again! At best the stuff that I was served was mediocre. Not good or even okay, just MEDIOCRE!
I ordered the BBQ Rib Lunch. It cosisted of 4 pork ribs, 1small side dish, a small garden salad, 2 rolls, and a soft drink.
Boy, this sure wasn’t anything to write home about or even recommend to an
ENEMY. So not good!
The little riblets tasted as if they had been boiled and smothered in some type of barbecue sauce. And they didn’t taste very fresh either. I chose ambrosia salad as my side and it was quite stale and of cheap quality. The garden salad was mostly 2 or 3 different kinds of lettuce. Could use a bit of variety here. The salad dressing was probably the best tasting thing about this salad, but was on the skimpy side. Really stingy!
And, seriously, $8.99 for a tiny 4 ounce coconut rum cake. Egads!!!
You couldn’t pay me to buy food here again! I’m very well aware of Honey Bake’s renowned reputation for hams and the like. But that in no way changes my opinion.
I was taken unfair advantage of and served a wretched meal that was grossly over priced.

Love this place! I have been coming here during holidays for the past couple years. Their food is amazing but I have to say that this store and the employees here are absolutely awesome. Every single time I have been here, standing in line (this line I was in I clocked it at an hour) has been worth it. The employees are sociable and kind and sweet and all have a wonderful smile on their faces (I can tell through their masks). There was even a girl going around and sanitizing while we were in the store. They are always organized and they are ready to get your orders. This is what excellent customer service looks like. And I would stand in line every time to get my order. Thank you so much The Honey Baked Ham Store for making my holiday meals so much easier to accomplish…especially when you have children. And a great big THANK YOU to Maribel for getting my order today! Love you guys! ❤❤❤

Love their sandwiches, I get a smoked turkey on squaw bread with honey mustard and it’s the bomb. When you buy 2 bean mixes they give you a ham hock for free that is normally loaded with meat. Love their member deals too. We once ordered a feast from someone whose family was in need and they said it was phenomenal.
