First visit to HBH today. Very impressive operation
Of course the ham is spectacular. Full flavored, easy to slice and serve and is always a holiday favorite. But I’ve never been to a company store like this!!!
I just showed up and was only in the store for about 10 minutes. I left with an 8 lb ham for $103.
I do have a few tips to offer. You can call ahead and prepay over the phone or use their website which will speed up your pickup process. There were three registers handling prepaid orders and only one handling the walk up orders like me.
Another great tip is go to Costco first and purchase two $50 gift cards for only $80 !!
This will save you 20% which is a great value.
Oh and be certain to spend some time browsing in the store at all their wonderful items like sauces, mustard, rolls and various delectable items.
They also have prepared food to go so you can pick up a meal for lunch or dinner . Enjoy

Just a quick note for those of you who have never ordered Honey Baked’s TURKEY before. Try it!
We got the one pound package of the tender, sliced, moist and very very flavorful ROASTED Honey Baked turkey (not the smoked) plus the equally wonderful turkey gravy……..and we can honestly say that in our 70+ plus years on Earth, we have never tasted anything better, including our mother’s best efforts!

Staff is very friendly. Service was good. Prime rib is good BUT false advertisement on their website. When you order the prime rib on the website it says $51.79 for 1 prime rib that’s 2.5-3lbs. When you pick it up in store all the prime ribs are only 2lbs but they charge you for 2.5-3lbs.
I ordered two prime ribs for thanksgiving and paid $104 for two 2lb prime ribs. I ordered another 2 today (day after thanksgiving) for this weekend and same thing. I got two 2lb prime ribs. Please update your website or charge for 2lb. Last year their prime ribs were 2.5lbs. they are shorting this year

We placed our order today for a Christmas lunch we are hosting. Haven’t actually tried the food yet, so I’ll come back and update afterwards.
The staff is really helpful, and they have some great deals. We ordered the $67 ham and turkey with sides. Makes for an uncomplicated day for us.
It is odd, though, that they can’t guarantee your sides. First come first served on the day you pick up. I’d rather pay in full and be assured all my items are available.

All pro! Big line for Thanksgiving hams: moved very quickly even though there were a couple of rookies (always) with last minute purchases. Plus delicious hams and other delights. My fellow customers were pleasant and relaxed; all in all a good experience.

I haven’t been to HoneyBaked Ham in years and felt like ordering there for lunch today and it was wonderful! I was very pleased with the Ham croissant sandwich I ordered with mash potatoes. Well done!

Today during peak hours the day before thanksgiving I received an order from Uber eats I had already had 1 order first so this was second pick up, I went in a huge line outside all the way to cvs I wasn’t gonna let the other customers food get cold while the cashier told me to make a line it can take up to 30 min plus to pick up. Absolutely ridiculous they need to prioritize ubers first they’re just picking up

We have liked Honey Baked Hams for many years and usually will have one or two of them each year. This year we bought a small one for our Christmas dinner. It was small because we are keeping our distance during the pandemic.
To get a ham, you will need to order it ahead of time. To pick it up, the order will stay when it will be available. we arrived at this place about 2:00 PM on Tuesday and the line to get in the store showed there were about six people in line. The store is small, and there are other things like deserts available, so the browsing of the people tends to make the line slower than it might be at a less busy time.
Our wait to get took about twenty-minutes to go from waiting in line to placing the ham in the trunk. Tomorrow, we’ll have the ham and it would surprise me if it wasn’t just as perfect as we are expecting.
This is small, but nice store. The people are helpful and pleasant.

I was shocked at how close to the Christmas eve holiday I was able to order my ham and extras for pick up. I did it online, the day before and it was there for pick up the next day. They clearly only had the ordered special sizes available, walk in got the huge ham only. We were a party of 5 so I’m so glad I ordered online and picked up. Had I planned even further out delivery would have been an option with even more food selection combos.
