Atrocious experience that will be my last ever patronage of this chain. I pre-ordered and pre-paid all of our turkey for Thanksgiving on the 19th of November and scheduled pick up for 6:30pm on the night before Thanksgiving. When I arrived, the line was as long as the entire strip mall this place is located in and there was no parking. I figured it was the walk in line. But to my surprise, it was the pre-order line. I went into the store to confirm and the staff member let me know that I would have to wait in that 2 hour plus line. Who has the time to wait in that line when you have pre-paid and pre-ordered to avoid something like this? I have responsibilities that I need to get to after working all day like kids, dinner, and a household. I decided to cancel my order and get a refund, just as other people were also requesting one after realizing the ridiculous wait time.
While I waited for the staff member to “get her iPad” or “ask management” one of the people that came in at the same time as me asked a different staff member and essentially cut the line and actually got her order from the unsuspecting other staff member. I am not a shady, unscrupulous person, so I just kept with trying to get a refund. Lo and behold, the staff member could not process the refund and had to ask the manager when he got back on Friday, so I now have to wait on that and no turkey for Thanksgiving. We are scrambling now to find one and cook it in time.
By the way, they had two cashiers open for the endless amount of people waiting. And now I’m seeing people say that they waited and didn’t even get their pre-paid order. Why are you selling more than you have and scheduling people with no cap on the slots? Greed. That’s why.

Great ham for thx giving. Just don’t be like me pay for your ham online before arriving to the store. You will get 2.5 hours of your life back. Again. Pay for your ham online. Then go pick up. I reserved my ham online but didn’t pay. So I’m stuck in this line with the rest of the people.

I used to love Honey Baked Ham and getting their sandwiches. My mom got a gift card and she still paid over $40 for one SMALL ham. It’s not great. We would have been better off getting a $25 ham from Walmart, they taste better and you get a much bigger ham! Very disappointing.

Service is very disappointing. I came NY eve as walk in customer. There are 2 cashier’s andthere is another line for online orders. I’m the only one in walk in line but the cashier keep to finish the 5-6 online people and I waited for at least more than 5 minutes before the other cashier called me. Then she told me that walk in order has minimum 9 lbs.for ham. I only wanted small size which she refused to take my order. I asked if there are available smaller size but she didn’t answer. I then went online inside this store and ordered smaller size. Then went to the online order line which I was the only one in line. The 2 cashier didn’t bother to acknowledge my presence especially the other one who refused my order. She was just chatting with the male employee until the other one asked her to help me that was about 5 minutes of waiting. Very bad service that doesn’t deserve 1 star. I did not complain then to not ruin the New Year but hope this doesn’t happen again to others.
