I had a great experience at Honey Baked Ham in Lake Jackson! The manager, Ruth, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. She made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in.
I ordered the Tavern Club, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food and the experience of their customers.

I love coming here. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I absolutely love that they use Dukes mayonnaise. It’s always clean and smells good.

A friendly enough staff, and a good election of ham and pork products. They do a good sandwich if you’re just stopping in. But they have good stuff to feed larger families and for several meals. I’ve had their hams before, and they’re certainly good. This is a store that knows what their product is and doesn’t deviate too far from what that is.

Came at 6pm, they close at 7pm. Everything we wanted to order was not available as they had already put it away for the night. Will not be back as we paid 75 for sliders, chips and a drink cost $4 more! Staff was clueless, not friendly and unwelcoming. Needless to say this will be our first and last time here. I’m not sure how they are even still open with these prices and the lack of menu items being available.
Someone called to ask about your frozen items and the employee had no clue and couldn’t answer customers questions. YIKES! I’d highly recommend going elsewhere

Very good sandwich. Clean customer area, but boy what really stood out was the customer service. They were lovely to me, and when I sat down to eat I watched them be wonderful to everyone else who came in. Absolutely stand-out service and courtesy. I’ll be back!

Staff is always helpful and welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious. I pick up a few kids meals once a week for school lunch and it makes life much easier, great pricing, too. Their chicken salad is awesome also.

We followed the guidelines, and had a Thanksgiving with just the four of our immediate family. Ordered a Cajun seasoned turkey from Honeybaked. Thawed in the fridge for 3 days, and warmed it for 1.5 hours as directed. It was the worst turkey we have ever had. The Cajun seasoning was just globed up on the outside of the turkey. It tasted old and didn’t seem to be seasoned at all. The breast were dry even though I loosely covered it with foil as directed. We ate at it Thanksgiving day. I put half in the freezer which we will probably toss out. We were really looking forward to it being a great turkey dinner. Will never buy a turkey there again.
