First and last time shopping at this particular one. Cashiers was not friendly, I asked to see another size and she brought the same size with a different price. After I told that was ok they look the same size, She bagged the ham and practically shoved it towards me, she told me to have a nice day. So very disappointed.

This ham did not live up to my expectations. I followed the instructions on reheating and made sure to apply the topping on the slices. It’s good but I was expecting more. However still one of the better hams I have served to my family so I give it 4 stars. If I were asked where it could be improved I would suggest they somehow have the glaze in between the slices. Or give extra glaze to bring home with purchase of ham.

This is my second time purchasing a burnt ham from this location. You know that is really frustrating and the manager on duty didn’t have a concern in the world as if the ham being burnt was my fault. I felt like I should of been accommodated for the inconvenience on Christmas Eve my whole Christmas dinner is destroyed she was trying to force me to purchase a larger ham when clearly I purchased the size I needed to feed my family are you serious I will not be purchasing anything from this location not even a sandwhich. Give people quality for the amount they are spending! They should have seen it was burnt before they wrapped it up! I wish I would have took a picture of that ham horrible I just rushed straight back into the store. This place has gone down over the past few years if I’m going to pay $100 plus dollars for a bone in ham I want it to be baked to perfection! Is that too much to ask for some professionalism from the manger the cashiers were great however.

The absolute worst service! The bread was hard from her microwaving my sliders. When we went to pay our $50 tab the card machine didn’t work and took 10 minutes or more for them to get it working again which honestly wasn’t that big of a deal but then we watched as the worker looked at her co worker and said that they turned everything off the co worker tell her use the microwave. We then asked for our drinks as we ordered combos and were told the drink machine was down and instead of a 16oz drink we were given 8oz can drinks. After we finally got our food we sat down to eat and we’re told we have to leave because they would be closing in a few minutes. I’ve never been kicked out of some place I just spent $50 In because they were closing in a few minutes. My husband and I hate to eat in the car as they drove away. Had we not had to deal with their broken card machine we would have had more time available. They were also not accepting cash however I am not sure as to why. I will never return to this location again. The grass is an easy 2 feet high and the place from the outside looks run down.

The welcoming was EXTREMELY A welcome to their store haven’t had that type of greeting in any place in decades. The sandwiches was delicious & everything fresh. I were gifted gift cards from my job last yr and this yr never used them but one time for a repass. Well I have my daughter 1 and she told me bout the sandwiches so do to me having $125 left in gift cards I treated a friend of mine there and also b myself he stated he always ate there when he worked for toy’r us they broccoli and ham classic meal. I tried they Tavern meal oh my was it good it was the best fresh ham,turkey, dress on some kind of wheat bread that had like almonds or something in it. Only thing if I would have read that the bread was that I would have chosen another bread I’m not a wheat eater even after known its healthy. I gought some ribs that I’m go try for Christmas eve can’t exactly pass an opinion on that right now but you can tell they are great cause it was pack and customers were steady coming. I love it there. Will be going back AGAIN!

Tried to get my ham at one point but there was a line around the building. No decent parking. Went in later that day with no line and got my ham and “rolls” (which were some sort of split buns. Bigger than a regular hamburger bun.) The ham was good but not amazing.

Great place to get hams and turkeys for holiday feasts. The sides here are really good and you get a discount if you get more than one. Get stuff like cornbread dressing, sweet potato souffle, potato au gratin, orange walnut cranberry sauce, and more. Just make sure they aren’t giving you the wrong thing by mistake

We were the ONLY two customers in the place and the ONE employee took forever to make two sandwiches. There weren’t but a few cookies/chips to choose from (need to be baked and restocked). Love the food, but wasn’t impressed with this location especially being that I had been to other locations where I’m from and got excited when I was out of town and saw this location.
