If you want to walk in at the last minute it is a unpleasant experience. They prioritize people with prepaid/preorders. You are placed in a separate line and the pepaid people are serviced until that line is empty. So you will wait and watch people walk in the door and go before you until they have no one who has a prepaid order. Our line was full to the door and we were not happy watching this, but we were told the business did not care if we complained. Not going back here.

I was getting BOGO coupon codes for completing the survey on my receipt every time- I had a regular car service appt close by, so I’d splurge on this tasty 2 for 1 meal that was normally out of my price range. The staff is always super friendly, and they make excellent sandwiches to your liking. I always buy a ham bone (they have a ton of meat left on them) and their white bean soup mix. It makes the best-ever ham & bean soup that never lasts long.
