First my ham was not available at the scheduled time for an order that I placed 1 month ago. There should have been an email notifying me that it was not available before I showed up at my allotted time. So I was sold a smaller ham with a side order of 1lb of ham which cost me even more than my original order per pound cost.
Makes me reconsider ordering Honey Baked Ham again.

I wanted to share how impressed I was with the Ham & Swiss Slider 3-Pack my wife and I ordered earlier today. It’s truly one of the best sliders I’ve had since moving to Minneapolis. The ham is incredibly flavorful, and the sliders just melt in your mouth. I highly recommend everyone try them!

If CUSTOMER SERVICE was a class to graduate from,then I would say CODY has gained a MASTERS in experience from me. During the visit I had came LATE, looking to “hurry before they closed”. When I got there of course, THEY WERE CLOSED. Here is a hint as to how you can increase your sales! Use FRESH rolls for your sandwiches! We just ordered two classic ham sandwiches and both were sold/served on basically stale buns! And I was there around 11:30 AM meaning that either A) I got yesterdays buns or B) all your lunchtime customers are going to get stale bread today. Not our first visit but probably our last.

Ruined Christmas Dinner. We bought two packs of ham slices to have with our guests. When we opened them there was nothing but ham shreds, nothing that could be called a slice. On top of that, more than half of it was mostly fat. Been buying HBH for many years…never again. Thankfully we had some leftovers from Christmas Eve.

I went to the Honeybaked ham store in Roseville, on 11/24/24. I went in with intention to buy a ham for Thanksgiving. I quickly changed my mind once I heard how your staff treated the person ahead of me.
The employee was borderline belligerent. The person what type sandwich came with the special, the employee barked at her honey baked. The answer was not clear to the customer so they asked again, and she was barked at again. If the employee just stopped and asked the person some clarifying questions they would have understand what they were asking. Now while this is going on there are 4 employees watching this going down and smirking at how the employee was behaving as if they were amused. The same employee made the sandwich for the customer, she did it with so much attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but when it comes to work you need to be professional at all times.
When the customer left the look on her face you could tell she was beyond upset.
The employees acted as if they were doing the customers a favor by being there. None of them seemed like they liked their jobs.

For most holidays, we order the ham for our family and it’s so delicious! The customer service is top-notch. Derek (manager) made it right for us after we had an issue with our order. He went above and beyond our expectations. Definitely worth the price

I just picked up a 45 dollar Turkey breast. It fit in a take out container and it probably weighs half a pound. I think I was scammed. There’s no way this is more than 2 pounds. It literally looks like some lunch meet slices. That was our entree for Christmas so now we have to scramble to make more food. Totally pathetic. First experience here and we will not be returning.
