They oversold, despite us placing and paying for our holiday order 3 weeks in advance, and couldn’t provide the 4-5 pound prime rib we ordered. Instead, could only give us a 2 pound prime rib (last one in the building) and other meat to make up the difference financially. Why allow preorders if you’re not going to make sure that the product is available? Did walk-ins get our prime rib? Seems likely. Manage your inventory against your orders before selling to others. At z minimum, we should have been contacted about the situation before we arrived to pick up our food

Easy order online the day before I wanted to pick up. Very easy to follow options to do…user friendly online ordering was great. Picked convenient time I wanted to pick up & walked right in with no wait & ladies super friendly & cheery. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes. They also offer curbside pickup as well with lots of front row pkg. Thank you Honeybaked ham. Can’t wait to eat it on Christmas.

Such nice people served me. I had an order put in for 8.A.M. I got it ASAP. All fresh tasting and lovely. The turkey sliders were great, also the Mac and cheese and loaded smashed potatoes.
We had the gravy, my wife said it needed more seasoning. I thought it was good for a frozen gravy. A bit of extra salt and pepper. I mean a table spoon of each and it was good enough IMO. Cinnamon apples were great, both of us agreed. We topped it with vanilla ice cream.
We are definitely getting a ham for Christmas.

This is a really run store. I ordered a meal for Thanksgiving and everything turned out fantastic. I was a little skeptical at first when I found out the sides came frozen, but they were delicious. The service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make everything right. Will definitely come back again.
