Absolutely disappointed in this location. Have gotten hams for the holidays from honey baked for several years, and was never this unhappy with the product. My turkey breast didn’t have the crunchy sugary glaze. From online and all of the images presented I anticipated the exterior glaze would be just like on the hams. Wish they didn’t rush you out of there and actually showed you the product like they used to. I paid in advance online and would have asked for a refund. The police directing traffic in the parking lot made it easy to get in and out during the busy season, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. $40 wasted.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Kirk at Honey Baked Ham for absolutely exceptional service. We were putting together a last-minute meal for a group of elderly residents as part of an appreciation event, and Kirk went above and beyond to help make it happen.

He was patient, professional, and incredibly accommodating—especially with our tight timeline. Kirk took the time to understand exactly what we needed and made sure everything was prepared beautifully and ready to go.

It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the people they’re serving, but Kirk truly does. His kindness and dedication made a stressful situation easy, and our residents were so grateful for the delicious meal.

This location doesn’t deserve any stars. I ordered my Christmas dinner three days prior to Christmas Eve. I wanted it delivered at 3 PM and I checked the app at 2:45 to see if it was still on time. It said the food was ready to be picked up and I should get my food in 20 minutes. Then at 3 o’clock I look at my phone and it said order canceled. My Christmas dinner order was canceled by the store at the time I was supposed to receive my order. My Christmas was ruined and had nothing to serve my guests for Christmas Eve. I triedto contact and call the store for the past three days and nobody will answer the phone. This is unacceptable and honestly can’t believe that this happened.. Anybody wanting to order from this location don’t. Order from another location down the road.

I came in on Christmas Eve. I wanted to get Turkey as I do not eat pork and receive a coupon from my employer. I got through the
Line. The cashier was very nice. I got home read the top of the package it says TURKEY and then the next day for Christmas I go to prepare it and open it and it’s HAM. My kids who eat pork were ok with it, but I had no meat for Christmas. I keep trying to contact the store and the phone just rings.

We placed an online order christmas eve on their website pick up time 4pm-5pm i showed up at 435 workers walked away from the door instead of speaking with me, we tried calling them for a refund, no answer for a literal 3 days. So we show up today to get refunded the money, they wanted to give us a $150 gift card , we politely declined and said we want our money back as this left a sour taste in our mouths, why would you schedule pickups between 4 and 5 if youre going to close before that. We’ve been in the store now for almost 3 hours because now they’re saying they dont know how to do a refund and playing the “poor me” card. You know just a little bit of kindness would have went a long way in this matter

I ordered two sides of broccoli and a pecan pie, unfortunate they were out so I asked for cheesecake instead. To my surprise I was told I could not exchange my pie for cheesecake because the price point was not the same. I offered to pay the difference and I was refused this option after speaking to the manager. The manager would only allow me to exchange my dessert for another pie which all they had was pumpkin pie. My nephew has an allergy to pumpkin which is why I wanted cheesecake. Instead of the cashiers and the manager not willing to listen to my concern my nephew could potentially have an allergic reaction on Thanksgiving! Instead of being concerned of pricing in ever increasing costing world my concerns for my nephew’s health is at risk all because of pricing. I will no longer recommend HBH to my friends and family for this reason as they were more concerned with cost than the safety of family members.

Nothing like the holiday crowd and wait at a HoneyBaked Ham store. Still, the line moved fairly quickly. Best bet is to preorder and prepay to minimize your wait time.
