I need to take time out to recognize a PERFECT example of customer service and support of business. I’m sorry I didn’t get the young lady’s name at this location but she’s always super friendly and helpful! Today I saw her help an eldery woman carry her bags out.

Sorry guys, our Christmas dinner was ruined by Honey Baked Ham. (Forgot to add this then).
My husband looks forward to a juicy fresh Honey Baked ham every Christmas and the one we got this year was awful. It was way over cooked and did not have that sweet crunchy sugar rind with a nice layer of fat under it was completely burnt! He was inconsolable!

Head to the Parma store for a better selection and better customer service. Picking up $100 hams in a parking lot trailer for Christmas is not good business for selecting a ham you want.

Positively excellent Smoked turkey with a sweet glaze on top. Mouth watering. Makes me want some now. The service was excellent , while they had a smile on there face. The parking lot was convenient. Did I mention that the staff was efficient and fast? Go there it’s yummy. Even if its just for holidays. People flock to this place.

Got a ham and turkey here with ease. Days before the holiday I went to pick up my order. Silly me, ordered the bone in ham instead of boneless. No problem, I was offered a boneless ham… I forgot to put a turkey on my initial order… no problem.. I got a turkey :). Very fast and friendly service. Would definitely come here again

Went to pick up my Easter ham the Wednesday before Easter at the independence Ohio location. What a great team of workers. A cash register was down and they still manage to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. They were also very pleasant and dealing with crabby people. Thank you for helping my family have a wonderful Easter dinner!
