I have been buying a ham for the last 17 years. About 5 years ago they started the pre-order which is better. This is the first year I got charged because they did not have the size I ordered. My pick up was at 7am, I was the 4th person in line. How you not have the size I ordered if the store just opened? I pre-ordered 6 days early. This is just a way for the company to make more money. As if $90 for a 8 to 8.99lb ham is not enough. Today I paid $98. Sometime things have to come to an end…time to stop buying here.

I went in about 30 minutes before closing and felt a little bad for showing up so late, but the lady working there was incredibly nice and helpful, which is rare to find these days! I got a sandwich and it was very good. Super happy with both the service and the food. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered (in advance) a ham big enough to feed my family and the ham I received was no where near the size.
Called to have it made right and they said they can’t help me until Friday (after Thanksgiving). When I ask to speak to a manager they said the manager was not accepting calls.

I went a few days before Thanksgiving and of course it was busy, however, I did order online. Only thing I didn’t like was I had an Egift card ($100). The ham was $74 and of course when I get there it was an additional $14. I still had to put my debit card even though I had $25+ on my giftcard….why not take the remainder instead of taking it off my debit card. I know what to do next time‼️

My lunch was great! You can never go wrong with a Tavern Club sandwich. I like my club on ciabatta bread and Ms Elethia prepared it perfectly! She was very nice. And that broccoli bacon bliss is the best broccoli salad around.

I i wish the blow was still true. Currently, shrinkage is real. They are no longer serving the same sandwiches. This sandwich was half the size of what i’m used to getting, but the price is the same and they act as if they don’t know. I just bought from this location a week prior and my food didn’t look like this. New group of people in there, although nice and friendly?I’m really there for food. I no longer believe the following is true or applicable to this location. I wish they had more available hours. The service was great. My family enjoyed the ham. Nothing unusual for this company. Same high standards. I use to love it here. Always friendly.

I recently stopped by the Mayfield Heights location on 2 separate days around 6pm. I purchased their sandwiches on those days and thought the flavor and quality of the sandwiches was delicious. The employees working the late afternoon to 6pm shift were friendly and helped me out with my sandwich selection. I’ll definitely be returning and the store is very clean and organized.

The restaurant was very nice and clean. I had takeout, but the dine in area was very appealing. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. They had a variety of menu options. The customer service was outstanding. Ms. Tina, at the Som Center location in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, was amazing. She was professional, friendly, and very welcoming. She recommended a few things and was patient as I made my decision. I will definitely be back!!!
