This is a new location for honey baked ham. We stopped in the weekend after thanksgiving with plans to purchase a ham and some sides. Unfortunately, they had NO ham, even though that is literally their name. We ended up getting a small tray of Turkey for MUCH MORE than I had spent on an entire fresh Turkey Breast just a few days before, but we needed the food for guests. We also purchased a few sides. Unfortunately, when we got home, we saw that the sides we had purchased all included a warning stating “CONTAINS BIOENGINEERED FOOD INGREDIENTS”. It was very disappointing. The Turkey was alright…but not great, the rest we threw out because of the BIOENGINEERED FOOD warning.
If you prefer to eat clean like us, I would say that you can skip this location. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.

I’ve eaten the signature sandwich for a few years at honey bake. The last 3 have not been good at all. The dressing has changed. The ham simply doesn’t have the flavor it used to have. The lettuce had a slight bleach taste to it. The sandwich I bought yesterday had bread so dry and stale that I tossed the bread and lettuce and ate just the meat. Eating out is too expensive to not be able to eat the food. I won’t be going back any time soon.

There’s issues. First, staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Now the issues. I can’t stress this enough, you CANNOT refrigerate bread. The bread on the two sandwiches we ordered tasted very stale. The mac and cheese tasted microwaved, parts were crunchy. The potato salad needs work. It tasted a little watery and somewhat bland. The ham salad was very salty. I don’t mind salt, but damn. If you are going to charge $10.99 for a sandwich it needs to have more than 2 slices of meat. The bread though was unforgivable. I want this place to succeed. I hope they address these issues.

I visited the Sunday before the Thanksgiving day rush and was pleasantly surprised to see the store was already setup with stantions and signage to direct customers that prepaid or had pickup orders. The store was neat and appeared to be well managed. I observed a customer that was experiencing an issue while I was there, and they were promptly taken care of by the store owner and they left happy after his interaction. Hope this store continues to do well in this community.

Every time I’ve come in, employees are disorganized and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Orders going out to the wrong customer, incorrect orders, confusion over operating the register.
I ordered a pickup order through Door Dash, and went to get it on my lunch break. They informed me that they thought they’d turned off Door Dash but in fact had not. Instead of offering to make my sandwich or canceling my order so I could get a refund, all I got was a “Sorry, we have nothing for you.”
Sorry indeed. I won’t be back at this location.

I seen the One review or the person said they found the staff friendly? It was a opposite for me. I walked in no smiles went to the counter and just a blank stare at me, no one was friendly there. No hi, how are you doing nothing, she looked like it was the end of the world.

My first time to stop by and was very disappointed. Was told I couldn’t order from the sandwich menu. They were working on Thanksgiving. Had to take a premade sandwich from the cooler. There was only two sandwiches available to choose from. Paying over $24 for two sandwiches and only getting meat and cheese is a little much. Wife wants to give them another chance but not sure about that will wait and see.
