First time we tried it. Turkey was good but the ham was horrible. I even asked my daughter and her husband because I worried I was being to harsh, but they agreed. I wouldn’t waste a penny for a ham there anymore. Again the turkey was good but the ham was bland and borrrring!

Picked up my half ham and we are very disappointed. Seems as if the quality has go e way down. The ham is very very dry and has almost no topping whatsoever. I would think that for over $110.00 it would be a premium ham, but I guess I am mistaken. Its sad that the quality has gone down.

Best ham place ever. We came here to pick up a turkey and ham, the turkey for Thanksgiving and the HoneyBaked Ham. Turkey was good and then the ham for Christmas which is going to also be good

Ham and sandwiches are always great! Bren eating here for years. The potato salad used to be the best in the business… last few times we ate there the salad when down hill. Today the potato salad was somehow a brighter white than mayonnaise, and tastes like an onion… hopefullybthey bring back the origional recipes for it and ditch this new direction. When they do that I will go back to 5 stars.

Have shopped there for years but never again. The quality of meat has decreased and the price has gone up. The service at Thanksgiving was bad. I always call and order in advance, receive a NUMBER and give them date I will be picking up. They asked for name this year. Husband went to pick up turkey and was told they did not have our order. Thought it might have been a one-time thing so got a turkey breast but it did not look or taste like turkey. Looked like processed meat. Same thing happened today with ham for Christmas. Did not have my order. I called three weeks ago and told them what happened at Thanksgiving and spelled my name in the event that had been the problem. We got a ham but it was supposed to be spiral cut but looks like someone just whacked off the top half and it is full of stringy white substance that I guess is fat. Will never buy from them again.

Best ham and turkey I ever have had in my entire life worth every penny high-quality customer service excellent food everything about this place is magical. Their sandwiches are phenomenal. I will never buy turkey or ham from another company ever again you will not be disappointed. I can buy 3 pounds of smoked turkey and it is the absolute greatest turkey I’ve ever had in my entire life and I can eat all of it every day for an entire week and not be tired of it and never gets wasted, highly recommend this place

Ham was of poor quality very dry bread was crumbling like it had some age to it. This was my first time at this place and most definitely probably my last.
