I ordered and paid in advance for a full meal for Thanksgiving. Pickup was a breeze everyone was friendly and we were in and out of the store in less than five minutes. The ham was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering another. However, the frozen sides I ordered for the meal were complete trash. There was no seasoning, no flavor. The “baked beans” were awful and even had blackened peas in it. Do yourself a favor DON’T ORDER the frozen sides. All 4 of them went directly in the garbage.

Excellent sandwich quality and portion. I recently moved to Huntsville and is always difficult to find a good sandwich place. This place checks all the boxes and the best of all is that you will get your sandwich the way you want it because Jess and Santana will receive you with a smile, great attitude and always making sure that they make the sandwich to perfection.

We were there to pick up Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday that I had pre-ordered and I must say the customer service was hands down the best. The personnel behind the counter was very nice, I really enjoyed talking with her. I wished I remembered her name.

I have gone to this specific location once for the last 3 years. This year, the day I went was actually yesterday. Each time the employees were super friendly, smiley, gave awesome quick service, and the food is so very delicious each time we get it. It literally gives my husband bfast for like a week after plus a couple dinners. Our favorite is the ham. So yum. The place is very clean with a nice friendly atmosphere. Will go again. I do admit though, if it wasn’t for the gift certificate from my husbands job, we probably would only be getting the smaller little meals bc of the price. But if I couldnt cook then id think the price was worth it for the quality and taste of food. Literally was in and out in less than 5 minutes and it was 2 days till Thanksgiving.

Resevered food a month in advance. Called store to make sure they would have everything I ordered and they assured me that they would. They did not have everything. Pecan pie was not available.

Stopped in today for a quick bite to eat. Inside was clean and the air felt great! Santana was the one that helped us and she had the best smile. The food was tasty and fresh and super quick. Will be back soon.

Very bad experience! Pre-ordered turkey for Thanksgiving yesterday. Received a confirmation number and was told we could pick it up between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. today. My husband stood in line for 2 hours this morning (2 days prior to Thanksgiving) only to be told at the last minute that there were no turkeys left. I assured him that we pre-ordered and we have a confirmation number. The employees LOCKED the doors! After several minutes they unlocked the doors and said frozen turkeys were on the way from Birmingham, Chattanooga and other places. So this is a company that is good at taking reservations, but fail miserably at KEEPING reservations.
