Very friendly and inviting workers. I felt very welcomed walking in honey baked ham and they made me feel comfortable the second I walked in. The place is extremely clean everyone looks well dressed and neat. The food is fresh and their sandwhiches are amazing!!! I love everything about honey baked ham. They are doing an amazing job to be only open for a week. The boss needs to give everyone a raise as a reward. 🙂

Ordered a ham for Thanksgiving this year. It had such a smokey flavor on one side. That side of the ham wasn’t edible. Also, ordered a turkey for pickup the Saturday after Thanksgiving. When I went to pick it up, I was told “We’re out of smoked turkeys”. I said, “I ordered it a week ago”. She looked at me and said, “Well, we don’t have any.” No apology, no trying to correct; just rude and unconcerned.

Typically I only review strip clubs (rip boobie bungalow) but today I will be reviewing the best sandwich shop in Decatur Al. Brandy and Stacey were so incredibly polite, and are some straight up baddies. I will be returning in a regular basis for them and they delicious food. Bet.

The lovely Brandi and lovely Tracey made this 5 star review easier than the incredible service that matched. Extremely genuine, radiant positive attitudes, smiles that were moonlit as the sun went down. I can only speak on this experience as this is my 1st go in an order. Pickup is cool, but this was unmatched. With wonderful ladies like this, business should never be a problem. Thank you for hiring such irreplaceable moments like this!
On August 27th 2025 This Brandi and Tracey duo somehow made this trip completely different than the last pleasant review. They simply took a 5 star rating and made it a 10. I’m not trying to sound cliche at all, but for the very few times I’ve came in, they remember me like a long time friend you haven’t seen in years. There’s service and to be serviced. While be serviced, though there was no wait, you wouldn’t even acknowledge the wait due to such a genuine, comfortable, warm felt environment! I couldn’t post another review so had to delightfully add to this one. Thanks again Brandy and Tracey!

Brandi and Christy are always very nice and welcoming when I’m in there. The sandwiches and salads are awesome especially the broccoli and chicken with cranberry. Awesome don’t change a thing.

My Thanksgiving take out order experience was not good! The order was not ready despite having placed it 2 days prior prepaid. One of the more professional employees told the other employees to not let people pick up other people’s orders. After waiting, we were skipped in line, then asked to assemble the order by getting items from the freezer. She even said to bag it! Isn’t that wild?
Not only was the attitude poor, and there wasn’t an apology for the order to not be ready, but there was no effort made to correct it. I see the standard held if the customer is to put together a meal that they already ordered and bag it too.

Went to buy a hambone for those New Year black eyed peas and found out it was buy 1 get 1 free! Win! Also had many more choices than I was aware of, such as turkey and ham salads, side dishes, desserts, sandwiches. I will be a return customer for sure.
