Bought my Christmas ham here. Only had to wait in line for less than 5 minutes. Problem was the parking lot. Part of it was blocked closed by the police making it difficult to get in and out since it was basically single lane. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Holidays are the best with a Honey Baked Ham; and their sweet potato soufflé is delicious! It is conveniently located on the Montgomery Highway across from Pet Supermarket in Vestavia. You will be tempted with samples as you wait in line. This business moves the customers through a line quickly. I did not give five stars because they wouldn’t accept my coupon for a discount on a quarter ham.

I had ordered a ham for Christmas dinner last month to be picked up today. The only problem was that the police had part of the parking lot closed off so that there was only one way in and out the same way. It was also not room enough for cars to go both ways at the same time. The store itself was very friendly and helpful. Had a hort wait in line before I was helped, but once it was my turn it took no time at all.

NEVER PRE-PAY! I placed an order online and had to reach out several times to cancel the order as it was sent to the wrong store. I finally received a confirmation email of cancellation after calling corporate several times. They told me 5-7 days to receive a refund – it’s been 15 days and I’m still trying to track down if I will receive my refund or not. Ultimately I took my catering order to a different business due to this mishap, and still haven’t received my refund.

I placed my order & paid for it on line, I got a $5 discount for picking it up today. The pickup was great also. They had the facility set up with 2 lines: 1 for ordered & paid for & 1 for new orders or orders called in & reserved the product they wanted but hadn’t paid for the order. I was in & out in no time.

They really need more people for the day before a holiday. The line to order in store was an hour and a half. The line if you prepaid online was 45 minutes. That seems a bit extreme for a business that knows at least how many prepaid orders it has. You even have to make an appointment. Is there some reason you can’t have, say 30, orders ready at 30 minute intervals to hasten the pickup process? Just seemed more inefficient than usual.
