Came here for the very first time Christmas Eve, very last minute right around closing time & I was super impressed by the entire team working. They made sure every person that showed up got what they needed.
They were helpful, patient, and it made me want to become a customer again, they didn’t rush us out, they helped us all, even making extra ham after running out for the day. Thank you everyone! I had a great experience. Will definitely be back and the food were very good!

What awesome place to grab a fresh sandwich. I wasn’t sure which sandwich I wanted so Jorge recommend the Tavern club. The sandwich was delicious just like he explained. I can tell Jorge loves his job and really cares about his customers. Very professional and really great at his job. Thank You!

Do not order the Turkey Pot Pie. It is microwaved in a plastic container. Definitely not worth $14.
I even called the store to let them know how dissatisfied I am and the employee just kept saying we let the driver know you had to cook the pot pie. Putting food in the microwave is not cooking. Putting 4 biscuits on top would be better in the oven. Microwaved biscuits is disgusting. So disappointing.

The Honey Baked Ham Company in Pinellas Park is bringing customer service to the next level. When I arrived to pick up my preordered ham and turkey the line was out the door and wound it’s way down the sidewalk as far as I could see. It took me a few minutes to find a place to park and I took my place in line wondering if I would get back to our RV Resort before morning. To my surprise the line moved quickly and the staff kept the customers upbeat with offering samples and random quips to lighten the mood. When it was finally my turn to pick up my order the young woman waiting on me made sure I got a free Honey Baked Ham Classic Signature ham sandwich to eat on the hour long drive back to the RV camp. The sandwich hit the spot and this store earned my future customer loyalty!

I had an issue purchasing a ham over the holidays where I ended up paying more for my ham when I went to pick it up than what I paid ahead for online. I reached out to customer service and the manager responded and apologized and they sent me a gift certificate to use at another time. Though it took a few months to resolve, the manager below made it right and I appreciate that. I will continue to buy my holiday hams from honey baked because they are so good !! Good Customer service is such a hard thing to find nowadays and I appreciate what they did so much.

I prepaid like honey baked ham suggest You do when ordering on line. The pre order/prepay line was 55 min wait outside. No consideration for the elderly or the handicap person’s in line. I am handicap and had to stand outside in line for almost an hour. Meanwhile people that did not pay basically skipped the line and went right inside. I order from here a few times a year. The food is delicious but the wait is not worth it for me as I cannot stand that long. I hope honey baked ham finds a better way to assist its customers no one in that line was happy.

I purchased a $92.00 Prime Rib along with an 8lb ham. For heating up the Prime Rib, I followed the provided instructions,the instructions were as followed, preheat oven to 365°, placed meat on a rack uncover. As I was instructed in the pamphlet, the Prime Rib should cook for 2:30 hrs. (Mind you it’s already fully cooked and I thought this seems a bit high and long, but was given these instructions and told at the store to follow the preheating instructions in booklet) if you put the included garlic butter on, spread butter 1/2 way through cooking time on Prime Rib (1-1/4 hr.)
As I opened the door the meat half way through was burnt to a crisp outside and medium well inside.
I cook with this oven regularly and it is accurate on temperature, I also keep an oven thermometer at all times in my oven so it didn’t malfunction. Please don’t waste you money on this meat. Unless the booklet has a typo, your dish will be ruined if you heat it up to Honey Baked Hams instructions supplied.
I’m having to throw out almost $100.

I had dreaded going to pick up my Prepaid order, two days before Christmas, after reading so many negative reviews. Upon arriving at the Pinellas Park location, and seeing a line all the way down the sidewalk, and having to park a block away due to the crowd, I prepared myself for the worst. As I approached the front door, a friendly employee greated me and asked if I had a Prepaid order or needed to place an order. I told her mine was Prepaid, so she directed me inside.
The Prepaid line wrapped the restaurant twice, so I knew I was still not out of the woods! Much to my surprise, the line moved swiftly and I was at the counter in no time, as the counter employees were waiting on 4 customers at a time!
I was greated by two women working together to scan and fill orders with such enthusiasm and cheer! I had my order almost immediately, along with instructions on how to prepare my Christmas ham, and a wonderful “Merry Christmas!” from the two women! They were having so much fun serving their customers, I commented on how great it was to be taken care of by such wonderful people!
I was in and out of Honey Baked Ham Company in ten minutes flat!

I’ve been eating honey baked ham my entire life and can tell you no other ham compares! We wouldn’t accept any substitutes at our dinner table on New Years Day! This store was especially helpful when I showed up with a 15 year old gift certificate I found at the bottom of a nightstand drawer. I wasn’t sure they’d accept it but the manager simply said, “we try to do what’s right” and they rang me up! We will absolutely be back!
