I’m extremely disappointed with the service and food. We placed an online order for a salad. I waited the 20-25 minutes as told when I placed the order (for a salad) and I had my QR code ready when I got to the completely empty restaurant to only be told they weren’t notified of the order. Now I know this restaurant can handle very large quantities of online orders, because mine during the holidays is (was) one of them. What I truly didn’t appreciate is that I was the one being understanding and kind, but I was getting an overwhelming amount of attitude from the female employee. I also did not appreciate the fact that the $12 salad was missing it’s salad dressing. Just know that if you are in a rush, expect good customer service, or good food…don’t go here!

Anne stopped by right before my lunch break and brought samples of their ham and turkey sandwich — let me just say, it was absolutely delicious! Not only was the food great, but the gesture was incredibly kind. I really appreciate it and highly recommend giving them a try!

Customer service top tier one of a kind!!! I’m blown away. Anne called back and offered to remake a sandwich I received w wrong topping and I came in on a day she wasn’t here and they went above and beyond in store to make it right. Allyson was wonderful. Great customer service keeps customers coming back so I will be back and can’t wait to pick up my holiday ham from here! (:

Ordered a full Smoker Cooked Turkey for Christmas 4 weeks in advance. On 12/23 we get the email to come pick it up. We get there and they do not have it. Said they are out.
Totally unacceptable. The day before Christmas Eve and now we are scrambling for a Turkey.

First time here and it was pretty decent. A bit pricey but not too bad. I forgot what kind of sandwich I got but had ham, turkey and bacon. It was delicious. Chill place quiet, I’d go back.

I will be a customer for life at this location! I had a minor issue with my purchase and when I returned the next day to resolve it, the owner couldn’t have been nicer and went above and beyond to meet my needs! I was very impressed and I will support this store even more due to the kindness of the owner. In a world where customer service has gone downhill, this location treats customers right. I highly recommend supporting this store and the food is delicious!

The quality of the food, side dishes has declined. I ordered the macaroni and cheese, scalloped potatoes and green beans. All of these side dishes seemed to have a distinct after taste. When I read the ingredients on the back of each package, they all said: This product contains Bio-Engineered ingredients. Well, needless to say, I was very disappointed and will not purchase them in the future. I will take the time to cook them at home with fresh ingredients. The ham and turkey still seem safe, but I’m not holding my breath.

Their pick up line was very disorganized and there was no staff outside guiding which line is what. I was in line for a while to pick up my my prepaid orders which was scheduled for 5pm pick up. I had to cancel my order because one of the STAFF on the counter was VERY RUDE and told me that they ran out of turkey and ham, and that I was in the wrong line. I saw some staffs letting other people in the wrong line to pick up their orders. I felt like they pick and chose who they want to serve better. I placed the order two weeks in advance and they don’t have it available and ready. It’s ridiculous. Why they allow us to order and pay online in advance, but they don’t have anough supplies ready. Never again.
