Please be advised if you order online and do not pay for it online you must get what ever is leftover in the fridge case. That’s what happened to me today and what I wanted was not available unless I wanted to wait for them to make on the spot. Be careful to check expiration dates as well as I handed one of the three options back to the manager that was out of date. 12 sliders for almost $27 are definitely not worth it as far as I am concerned. Do better.

This was my first time visiting the store, and I wanted to give it a try. While $15.00 feels a bit high for a sandwich, chips, and a drink, the quality of the ham was good—it wasn’t lunch meat, but real ham—so that part didn’t bother me. The young lady who took my order was also very pleasant.
What disappointed me happened after I placed my order. As I waited, I looked around at the showcases and the different foods available, thinking this might be a great option for New Year’s or even an easy dinner night. I noticed some pre-made soup packages but wasn’t sure about the instructions, so I asked an attendant who was cleaning nearby, “Do you just add water?”
Her response was abrupt and hostile: “The instructions are on the bag or back.” The tone alone completely shifted my experience. I put the package back without even checking further, waited politely for my food, and left.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. It was upsetting to see how differently she interacted with another customer just moments earlier—she was noticeably more pleasant with them. The contrast made me feel like I wasn’t treated the same, and that’s not an experience I care to repeat. If I had to review the meal I’d give it a 6 out of 10.

Its very dissapointing to spend so much money and not be happy with the product. First off the biscuits sliders 3 were torn on the top but when I brought it up, I was ignored. It was the only one available I guess but i did mention that the one in the front display had broken biscuit tops too and I think someone just came out and took that same one I expressed I didn’t want. The packaging was also reading Hawaiian sliders with swiss, incorrect mfg. labeling. The pickles that come on the side were not edible. Extremely hot to the point that my guests spit it out. Second the roasted breast turkey way too sweet. I would have preferred the turkey to be just roasted and not with caramelized sugar like the ham. Too much sugar is an overkill.
The ham, like always was phenomenal. Been a customer of honey bake store for over 20 years. Coming from Miami, I never had a complaint but this time trying new items on the menu and spending quite a bit of $$$, I was not happy. Not a value for my money.

This place was incredible at Christmas — so efficient! Who knew ham could move at those speeds. Well done! When I drove up and saw the line down the sidewalk, I nearly died, but paying ahead is the key that moves you right passed all the nonpaid people and into the store for your awaiting ham.

We received a call telling us it would be late at 10:15am the day of.
We Arrived at 11am .
WALKED OUT AT 12:27pm.
There were only 2 young ladies, they didn’t move with a sense of urgency. Everytime someone walked in they stopped working on our meal to tend to the customer. Cool. But it delayed us even more.
We had to ask for cups while we waited. Just some advice next time offer your customers chips and a drink if you’re going to have them wait 2hrs for a prepaid mail. The one dealing with our order didn’t even apologize and treated us like it was our fault . Beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.
Hire more staff and learn manners. Thank you
Wanted to add we order from here once a month and spend over a $1k to feed our plant staff members. We’re done.

Always organized around the holidays. I recommend prepay online, then pick up! In and out easy peasy, barely a wait if any. Take advantage of picking up 2-3 days before Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The reason I did not go any higher is because my sandwich was made with the end pieces of bread. I feel the end pieces should not be used at all. Otherwise my sandwiches are usually good.

I had a fantastic experience at Honey Baked Ham! The food was absolutely delicious — the ham was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. I also tried the sides, and they were just as amazing — fresh, comforting, and satisfying.
What really stood out to me was the excellent service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with a smile.
