Well after buying hams here every year for as long as l can remember, this was the biggest fail along with the tariff price apparently! Not properly sliced, terrible shape. Disgusting. Today I went to pick up a large order and I do have to say that every single person at this location is extremely friendly and polite. From Lashonda who took my orden on the phone to the gentleman that placed the hams in my car. Thanks so much for making this experience one that I will remember.
This is not the first time I order from this location, I have another closer to my house. But the service from here makes me keep coming back.

Ham is undeniably delicious, staff is super sweet and as efficient as they can be. Even the police officers hired for crowd control were pleasant. However management needs to put new systems in place. If Chick Fil A down the street can handle the traffic surely a quicker process can be figured out.

You have to be careful with this place. They try to act slick, I pre paid for a 8 pounds of ham, and they gave me one that weights 6 pounds and did not mention anything. When I look at the ham I realized that is less that I had paid for. They did not want refund me any money. I made a scene and they ended up giving me my 8 pound ham. I am never coming back here again.

Boy do I feel like an idiot for not reading these reviews before placing a reservation order for a thanksgiving meal… A 2 hours line, wrapping around the building, for clients who book and pay days in advance is a travesty! These people clearly oversell their capacity many times over, with no consideration or respect for its paying clients’ time. And, from what I can see in these reviews, it seems that’s how they do things every year! Never again (regardless of how good their food might or might not be)!!

During Thanksgiving at the Honey Baked Ham Company in Pembroke Pines, the experience fell short due to poor setup. The line was excessively long, with insufficient staff to assist customers efficiently. Many items, including popular ham varieties, were out of stock, adding to the frustration. The seating area was cramped, making it difficult to move around, and the overall organization left much to be desired. While the food is typically excellent, the lack of planning for the holiday rush diminished the enjoyment. This visit was disappointing and highlighted the need for better management during peak times.

Worst honey baked ham I’ve ever been to. Completely disorganized, the staff was astoundingly rude, and I’ve never had such poor treatment from a store. Gave me the wrong order after I pre-paid and pre-ordered weeks in advanced. Will not be coming back, Do not come to this place!!!
