More than ham.
The Honey Baked Ham Company would not have been my first choice for a sandwich. I tried the sandwich as recommended by family. I decided on a ham croissant sandwich and it was delicious. I will be back to try a different sandwich.
I will also know that this shop had more than just sandwiches and ham. There was dessert, sauces, and sandwich party trays.
There seems to be only one person in the shop that was working. She was wonderful. She helped us to decide what we should order. She made our first experience a delight.
I’m not sure what I would order next. But I am open to trying something different on my next visit.

Today the day before Thanksgiving, I was able to place a last minute order for pick up on the same day just a few hours after my order.
When we arrived there was a loooong line for pick up and no parking but I didn’t go solo. I told my kids to go get the order while I waited in a different parking lot. When they came out they called me and I drove back and picked them up.
I wish there was a better way for this but it’s expected since after all it is Thanksgiving and a lot of people choose this business for their thanks giving meal.
I can honestly tell you I have zero complaints from me given the last minute order and the fact that they were able to provide everything. It wasn’t a whole lot but I have enough to eat for me and my family for a few days now.
My order was:
1 Ham, Quarter / lb
(4.849 lb * $12.79/lb)
1 Whole Turkey Breast Dinner
Turkey Breast (2.5 – 3.49 lb) – Smoked
HoneyBaked Beans
Double Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese
12-pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls
The meats and items came out delicious and that has is so good so was the turkey.

Rodney was so kind, patient, and helpful with us today. We got a gift card from work so it was our first time at The Honey Baked Ham Co. He took his time showing us his favorite frozen options and best sellers at this location. We ended up taking 3 deserts home for the Holidays but will be coming back to try the sandwiches. I place a Order on line For a Full Turkey and a Brest for 70 people , well Techer’s . When I arrived to pick up to take to school . Surprise they give me the Brest cook and the large Turkey Frozen, I then say is this for real I have 70 Techer’s waiting for this Lunch. I guest the manager did a refund and only Ofer me 2 more breast for the total of the Turkey . So I ending spending a little bit more for less Turkey . That was not enough for 70 people. The store got busy and I didn’t want to take longer plus’s I was so upset.
I will like the web page to mention on the order information that the Turkey is Frozen. I when back to check what I miss reading before I place the order. It mention Thaw, Heat & serve Frozen

I used to order a honey baked ham for the holidays nearly every year but this Easter will be the last. I attempted to resolve this issue via support but I was ignored for a month after trying a couple of times.
Hams are way too expensive for subpar quality.
The flavor was lacking, comparable to a store bought ham that is a quarter of the price.
The texture was abysmal. Slimy and grainy at the same time.
I really feel taken advantage of hence this review.
