I’m so very upset I prepaid for my meal order for a Ham and Turkey dinner with 4 sides and our entire meal was given to us frozen. We didn’t realize it until we arrived to the location to feed our local service leaders.. I have used HB before so I didn’t have a reason to think the food would be frozen and it was a large order they packed in a big box.. I immediately reached out to the store to make them aware that my dinner was frozen and I was met with nothing but subpar service and attitude. I was ask repeatedly if I had a microwave and told to put them in the microwave. I have never purchased frozen items from Honey Bake Ham and surely would not have spent over $200 for a frozen dinner that I could have purchased from Publix. The general Manger David stated all meals are frozen. I called customer service and they said under no circumstances should I have received a frozen Pick -Up order because every store has warmers. They ruined a special Pre-Thanksgiving dinner. I want my money back. I have witnesses that this food was completely frozen nothing was warm so I thought it was an error. This company days are numbered with that kinda service and I can only wander how many other people experienced this on such a special time. My sister waited a whole hour in line while I was setting up for the dinner. Shame on you David to represent HB like this and not make it right. .

Fast and easy I went 2 days before Thanksgiving to avoid the rush. It was my first time getting food from Honey baked hams and it was delicious.

I’ve lived here for 7 years and haven’t been here before today. That’s a shame because I stopped in for lunch and had a delicious club sandwhich. It was a beautiful and fatly packed sandwhich on a tasty brown wheat bread. And I hate wheat bread but this was very good! One half was filling so I saved the other half for lunch tomorrow.

The chips were my favorite part. Sweet onion kettle chips! I could’ve eaten a whole bag. Perfect pairing for my sandwhich.

Topped off with an ice cold can of coke zero and I was in hog heaven! (No pun intended)

The store is very clean in appearance and layout. A calming environment to enjoy lunch. Now that I know how nice it is and how good the food is, I’ll definitely be back.

The sliders were good, although sloppily prepared, uneven amounts of meat.
I was looking forward to the potato salad, which I remembered as being very good. But more than half of it was actually just giant red onion chunks. I thought they were red potatoes at first. The actual potatoes were so small that most were just mush. I think it was older too, because it had that starchy watered down grit texture throughout. Not creamy and good like I remember. I’m tempted to go back one day for another slider, but I’d be worried I’d have a worse experience.

Absolute garbage.

We preordered a ham and paid in full for Christmas. The confirmation pickup email said to pick up by 4:59 PM. We got to the store around 4:34 PM and they met us at the door to tell us they closed at 4:30. We actually hadn’t even gotten the “Here’s your pickup barcode,” email until after 4:00 when we were already on the way.

We asked if we could just have them bring the order to the door since there were 5+ people still working inside with multiple orders clearly ready for pickup.

One of the employees said “I’ll call them,” though I’m not sure who they meant. We called since nobody would come to the door, and they said they’d put the manager on the phone. I waited for a while and someone answered and said “Yeah?” so I asked if it was possible to pick up the order since there were clearly still employees present, they were willing to answer the phone, and the email clearly said 4:59. They hung up on me.

So now we’re out $100 with every store closed and have about 10 friends and family members coming to our house with no ham because the company and the individual locations can’t agree on what time to close.

Our Christmas family HB Prime Rib meal with all extras was horrible! The large Prime Rib was 70% Fat & grisele! Inedible! Sides were greasy & cheap! $160 down the drain! Do not purchase this ‘ Christmas meal’ unless you want total disappointment! Yuck!!

only positive was the staff member that answered the phone when I had a few pickup questions prior to pickup – she was very sweet!

otherwise, very disappointed …
1) had a pickup time at 1:30. had to park off-site and wait 50 mins to pick-up a PREPAID ham
2) unorganized and customers including were confused on the process; which contributed to the wait time
3) was told they were out of the size ham I paid for, for pre-pickup. offered a larger ham
4) selected ham unknowingly that we’d be CHARGED for the add’l increase in size
5) charged for an add’l $12+. if they were out of stock of this size ham, we should’ve been notified. we had a designated time for pickup and waited over 50 minutes and then charged more.
6) upon opening the ham later that evening, the ham tasted odd. not the typical honey baked ham glaze or flavor. There were shards of something on the bottom of the ham – in 20 years, we’ve never seen. ham had no taste. It’s usually a favorite part of our thanksgiving but it was a disappointment. And it was $70! We went in spending $57 (and walked out having to spend $70 on something we didn’t even initially purchase)

Lastly, I spent 20 mins typing a reply directly to their “customer feedback” section on their website. They state “ the more detail you provide the better”. Which I did – went to submit and told THEN I have to shrink my message to 1200 characters. SMH. Took an additional 15 mins to try to resubmit my message enough to get it down to the size requirements. They state “the more detail you provide the better!” They need to include “up to 1200 characters is the max submission”. Disappointing in every way from this company.

We absolutely loved our food here so much we came back the next day for more, this is when the problem occurred. The food is great, the customer service really wasn’t bad, it was the fact our ordered was completely done wrong and instead of remaking the whole order they only fixed what hadn’t been bitten into, it was definitely strange. We didn’t want to make a scene so we just accepted this as normal for this place and left and unfortunately haven’t been back since.

I love this places food. HOWEVER, there is zero excuse for running out of a turkey I prepaid for months ago. Absolutely zero. That is the entire point of a pre-order, to get a count and a time to pick it up. Yet here I am with a different turkey I don’t want after waiting in line for 40 minutes because it was that or nothing due to their incompetence. I get they’re busy during the holidays, which again, is why I pre-ordered it months ago. Utterly disappointed and annoyed.

Nice place. Wish the open on time.. I go alot and they are always LATE!!! and only have 2 ham bones available. Very disappointing.. then they (she) claims she will get to it. Doesn’t go cut them. Says come back in hour. NO HAM BONE.. other than that hams ate awesome
