Let me tell you about the crappy experience with Honey Baked Ham on Christmas Eve. My mom ordered a ham and paid 100 bucks. She had an appointment with an email confirmation to pick up her ham on Christmas Eve between 4:30 PM and 4:50 PM. She arrived at honeybaked hams at 4:34 PM. Apparently they close the doors at 4:30. There was a guy standing outside only letting people come out They refuse to give my mom her ham that she already paid for. They said she could call and get a refund put back on her credit card and she showed them the email confirmation with the time to arrive night that some junk. She had to go to Publix and buy another ham and we had to cook that. To be honest, the ham that we bought at Publix and made our self was even better than the honeybaked ham. A lot cheaper too. So I guess next time we’ll just do it ourselves screw honeybaked ham. I told her she needs to call corporate and complain. Horrible customer service.

I drove an hour specifically to purchase cranberry sauce, only to be told upon arrival that I would need to order it online. I stepped outside, placed the order, and received the barcode—only to walk back in and be informed by Haleigh that it would take up to five hours to fulfill. I explained it was just cranberry sauce, a simple item that is typically readily available for quick pickup.
The lack of customer focus and care was extremely disappointing. This was an easy request that could have been handled on the spot, yet the response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, the level of service was far below expectations.

We have been loyal customers for over seven years, consistently ordering a turkey and/or ham each year. Unfortunately, this is the first time we’ve been dissatisfied with the product. The ham we received was roughly 50% fat, which has never happened before. This experience was extremely disappointing, and it has made us question whether we will continue ordering from you in the future.

I bought a honey baked ham this year (or so I thought) .. it just taste like ham there is not enough seasoning on the ham at all .. I would have done better buying my own and making it which I will DEFINETLY do moving forward therefore saving 68.00 for 4 pounds!!!!! The seasoning is DEFINETLY being skimped on the hams which makes it not worth all the trouble.. it did not used to be this way !!!!

Ham Sandwich is good. The menu says flaky croissant however the texture was more like a bun. The honey mustard they use is really good. Paired with the honey ham gives it a nice mellow sweetness with a little tang. Potato salad is creamy and has a good flavor.

Made an early prepaid reservation for ham pick up. Staff was rude & indifferent. I understand this is the holidays. At this price however, I still have a variety of options available with merchants who actually appreciate my business. Premium pricing for subpar service.
