Disappointed. No one liked it – tough, dense, and salty. Shocking to serve both turkey and ham and have only ham left over. Paid over $100 for a ham that was just a hard smoked $30 grocery store ham. Honey baked hams used to be wonderfully tender and sweet with tasty juices and a lovely crust. A treat. Now it’s just hard, smoked ham in a gold wrapper. Really sorry we spent any money on this.
Also – pick up was confusing. Why not put up a large sign that says “ALL holiday pick ups here?” People didn’t know where to go and when they went to the counter (which had a pick up here sign ) they were told to go back to the line at the front of the store. HBH – just put up an easily seen sign to avoid frustrating customers who are preoccupied, have a million things to do, and don’t have the energy to figure out your process. How are we supposed to know you do not have the process other stores have in which online orders have a separate line for pick up? Overall, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Really miss the old Honey Baked Ham.

I ordered a prime rib back right after Thanksgiving and paid for it online. I get an email this morning telling me to pick up my prime rib. I go to the honeybaked store. They do not have my prime rib so I had to get a refund.! There is no excuse and that whatsoever!

I ordered the half Tavern sandwich and half Cobb salad. Delicious!!! I also bought two Ham bones. I probably shouldn’t let this secret out. But the small one was $10. It has a quarter of meat left on it and OH, what I can make with that bone!!!

I understand one may not like to work on a weekend day, but we all have to do it one time or another. It’s not like I was expecting to get free ham when I inquired as to a product was available and received a rude reply by the cashier. Great ham, turkey and sides…I got it. Not good enough to be responded to in such a rude manner and still come back and leave my money.

My favorite item is the chocolate chunk cookie, they are sooo good and its includes included in the meal with chips and a drink! The prices are fair the food is delicious! The staff is great too!

35 bucks for w small ham sandwiches, chips and a cookie. Kinda pricy for average flavored fast food. Plus they made my simple ham sandwich wrong. Simply asked for no tomato or lettuce and guess what was on my sandwich
